“DO NOT REFILL PROPANE HERE. Save yourself a good amount of money and a headache. I don’t usually write bad/negative reviews, BUT, boy do I have the time today. My wife called asking to get a quote for a 7 gallon (30 lb) propane tank refill, to which the employee responded saying “it’ll be $17 and some change for a 7 tank.” But she was unsure of the pricing after that somehow so we agreed they’d come pick up my tank, take a look at it, and give me a price before filling it. Which, okay that works, im a reasonable person. The driver comes and picks up my tank, doesn’t say anything about the weight or pricing. Then about 20-30 min later the office employee calls me back saying the total is $37!!! The worst part is she calls me when the driver is already outside my RV with the filled tank! Which isn’t what we agreed on at all. I asked how she went from $17 to $37 and she states “it’s because I had quoted you for a 7 lb tank instead of a 30 lb tank” to which I responded that I specifically mentioned it was a 7 gallon/30lb tank.
