Robert Blackburn Fabrications LLC

Robert Blackburn Fabrications LLC works as a welder based in Canyon Lake, Texas. They run a fabrication shop that turns out custom metal products such as gun mounts, outboard transom savers, headrest brackets, and bow modules. These items serve local needs for boats, trucks, and outdoor gear where factory parts fall short. The company builds these pieces using solid welding techniques that stand up to the demands of lake life and rough terrain around Canyon Lake. Residents rely on them for metal work that fits specific equipment without extra hassle or weak spots that break under load.

In Canyon Lake, Texas welders deal with jobs shaped by the lake and the climate. Trailers for boats corrode quickly from repeated dunking and drying cycles, so repairs involve grinding out rust and laying new beads to restore strength. Homeowners need brackets and mounts for gear that sees heavy weekend use, along with fixes to outdoor structures like pergolas or railings that warp in the heat. A typical day might include welding up a transom saver for an outboard motor or replacing grips and grommets on equipment that gets tossed around in the truck bed. These tasks require clean fits and welds that resist vibration and moisture without adding unnecessary weight.

Customers give high marks for how quickly jobs get done without cutting corners on the build quality. The pricing stays reasonable even on custom pieces that require extra fitting time. Communication stays straightforward with updates on progress and clear explanations of what needs to be done. Reviews highlight the durability of the finished work, whether it is a mount that holds through rough roads or a saver that protects expensive motors from damage. This steady performance across speed, quality, price, and communication builds the overall rating. DIRT Score 4.47 from 26 reviews on Finds.
