“UPDATE: I wanted to update my review as they have corrected the issue and have gone above and beyond in the process. Thank you for fully seeing through to the problem. I brought my vehicle which is a 2022 Lexus IS 350 with fewer than 40,000 miles on March 13, 2025, for significant repairs due to the hail storm that occurred on March 8, 2025. I picked up my vehicle on April 9, 2025, and had to return to work immediately as it was during business hours. Before departing, I pointed out what appeared to be scratches all over my car, which I was informed were due to insufficient buffing. I had to wait for at least 45 minutes while they buffed the car. I did not have the opportunity to thoroughly inspect my vehicle until later that evening. The paint job was atrocious; I will include photos to illustrate the poor quality of the paint work. I contacted them to express my dissatisfaction with the completed job. I had to return my car during my work hours for them to rectify their error. They did cover the cost of a rental car since this was no longer the responsibility of my insurance company. I returned the car on April 21, 2025, after having to drive back for it to be 'inspected' by th”
