Alpha Elite Service LLC

Alpha Elite Service LLC handles cleaning work out of Cibolo and covers addresses across San Antonio, Converse, Schertz, New Braunfels and nearby spots. Their crew takes on residential jobs, commercial spaces and post-construction sites with deep cleans, move-out work, recurring visits and office cleanups. The owner lists these services directly and notes the use of set routines to restore rooms while protecting surfaces and keeping places running smooth. Reviews name Iram, Miriam, Kim, Carolyn and Cristela as the ones who show up for most of these jobs.

Customers call them in for move-out cleans before selling or leaving rentals, full deep cleans that hit baseboards and appliances, and regular upkeep in homes with pets or kids. One review described Iram and Miriam finishing a unique situation with a spotless result that left the place ready to show. Another noted Kim arriving early for a messy apartment turnover and handling the whole thing without fuss. Several mention the same team clearing pet hair, wiping down bathrooms and leaving the house smelling fresh after one visit.

The crew responds to same-day requests when schedules allow and keeps in touch by text and email right up to the appointment. Reviewers say the workers arrive on time, work quickly as a group and finish without cutting corners on detail work like window sills or cabinet fronts. They cover the listed cities and handle both one-time big jobs and every-three-week visits. Pricing gets described as fair for the amount of work completed in a single trip.

The Google rating sits at 4.9 with plenty of five-star notes on thorough cleaning, friendly crews and reliable follow-through. Common points across the feedback include attention to hidden spots, houses left smelling clean and teams that communicate clearly before and during the job.

“This is by far the best cleaning company I have ever used. This is an honest review and these days writing positive reviews is rare for me. I went out to do an errand and upon entering my apartment, I was shocked.Everything was cleaned to PERFECTION .Do not waste your time and pay for a job not well done. Use this company and you will feel your money was well spent”

“The bathrooms needed a good cleaning, and they definitely did a lot of work there. The house was dusted, vacuumed, swept and mopped. For a deep clean, I would have expected clean exposed baseboards and grease splatter behind the stovetop to be cleaned. Some windowsills were also not cleaned. Overall, the home is most definitely cleaner with the removal of dust and pet hair, but more attention to detail was expected for the expense of a deep clean.”

“I had quite the unfortunate experience with Alpha Elite Service LLC this week. I want to highlight what we went and what needs work for this business, however also noting that looking at other reviews my experience must have not been a common one thankfully. I booked a month or so before I needed a move out cleaning on our rental home. Booking was incredibly easy and communication via email and text was great up until our appt time. The cleaners were supposed to arrive between 12-2P. My kids and I waited and waited and as 1P rolled around I contacted them again to get an ETA. The office did not have a current status update and seemed a bit disheveled and told me they'd call me back. I constantly had to keep reaching out to finally get an update. The cleaners were running behind apparently and would be there around 3:30/4 now. I had now sat at the old rental from 11:30A-4P with no cleaners in sight despite constantly calling or texting for updates yet had to get kids to different events so my husband had to get off work early to sit at the house to wait for the cleaners. Every time I called I got someone different telling me an ETA that simply wasn't accurate. They did not show unti”

“I recently used this cleaning service and was very pleased with the experience. They were prompt, professional, and friendly throughout the entire process. The team did an excellent job cleaning and paid attention to the details. I also appreciated how well the company communicated. They kept me informed every step of the way with text messages, emails, and appointment reminders, which made scheduling and planning very easy. Their reliability, quality of work, and excellent customer service made for a great experience. I would definitely recommend their services to anyone looking for a dependable and professional cleaning company.”

“Carolyn and her assistant did an outstanding job. I had a deep clean which included ceiling fans, window sills, baseboards and outside kitchen cabinets. The house was so clean and smelled so good. I highly recommend this cleaning service. I will be using them in November to get my house in order for the holidays. I will be requesting Carolyn and her team. Thanks for a job well done. 🥰👍”

“Iram and Miriam did an amazing job cleaning my home. They were thorough and meticulous in their cleaning style. I was impressed with their ability to work as a team and to finish in a timely manner without sacrificing care for my home. I was impressed with their skills to make every area shine, such as my kitchen, the floors, both bathrooms, and windows, including baseboards. I look forward to my next cleaning!!!”

“I called with an urgent cleaning request due for my AirBnB home, and the previous cleaning service (family) was unable to cover. It was late in the afternoon, and they were able to have it ready in time for the guest. I will continue to use them and highly recommend them. They also assisted with recommendations for my AirBnB. Great service. GB them.”

“Love love coming home to a perfectly clean home!! With 5 pets in my home I needed the help. After alpha elite cleaned my home you would have never guessed a single animal has ever stepped in my home. Having them come in and take the heavy load off of me for cleaning it makes for the most relaxing Sunday. Not only was she early for the appointment, but she seemed to really care about helping me and never once made me feel judged.
