Alpha Millwork inc.

Alpha Millwork inc. runs as a family owned operation out of Converse at 9660 Green Rd. They handle custom architectural millwork fabrication along with installation and finishing work. The business opened in 2014 after more than twenty years in the trade and lists services that include in-house design and scheduled installation. Their profile shows a millwork shop category and they keep regular hours from seven in the morning to five in the evening on weekdays and until three on Saturdays.

Customers mention jobs that center on clean organized shop work where projects get completed on time. Omar serves as project manager on some of these and earns praise for keeping things moving. Reviewers note attention to detail during fabrication and finishing steps along with solid quality on the final pieces. A few accounts point to problems when promised timelines slip or when drivers cut off other vehicles on the highway during material runs.

Work happens from the Converse location with service mentioned around San Antonio and further out. The shop stays open during the listed weekday and Saturday hours for coordination on fabrication and installs. Communication comes through direct contact at the listed phone number and the focus stays on completing the custom pieces without extra steps described in the profile.

Google shows a 4.1 rating though the count sits at zero on that platform while separate reviews highlight quality results on millwork projects and note occasional shortfalls on follow through.

“Very disappointed in this company, they promise you things. Tell you their word means something, they were raised to be a man of their word. Then don't follow through with their promise. Would strongly recommend not using them.”

“Excellent shop Clean, organized Omar project manager is awesome They get the job done !!”

“Don’t know about the company itself but need to watch their drivers. Sped up to cut me off while in traffic. All I was doing was merging onto highway”

“Great company. They pay very much to detail. And they work very hard to complete their projects. With the highest quality. Thanks”
