“I thought my car was total.. i gave a call to Renfro’s auto and he came that next morning for my car to the shop and got right to the job… sending pictures throughout the process, communication was everything kept me in loop the whole process. Once car was done you couldn’t even tell my car was ever wrecked! Defiantly got the job done very professional and helped a lot”

“If I could give a negative star I would. I dropped my truck off on Fri Dec. 6th to have two dents removed on the passenger side doors. Originally, he said that it will be ready by Mon or Tues. He sends me a text on Thurs morning Dec. 12th saying my truck will be ready. Thurs afternoon I asked if he could send me some pictures, but he never responded. So, when I got off, I went to get my truck, and it was not ready like he said. They were still in the middle of working on it. Guess that’s why he never responded to my text about sending me pictures. He could have at least called or sent me a text stating that it will not me ready to avoid me making a trip up there for nothing. I noticed that the RAM emblems were not on correctly, so I texted him a photo of how it looked before he removed them. Come Fri Dec. 13th he said that he will make my truck priority. I got off work early just so I could go to the shop just to see how things were going, mainly to see if the emblems were put on correctly. There was no one there. “Smooth criminal......took my car up there for front end damage and back end damage. He went to my lender to get the funds before the job was done. He did a terrible job on repairs he basically super glued the front end and popped the dents out the rear. Had to take my car to someone else smh”
