“Well I did enjoy meeting the owner initially but the folks doing the work was another story. Didn’t measure properly, had to drill bigger holes in my boat, and the steel then cover them up with washers not stainless (which I paid for). The spinnaker pole and rudder system they fully replaced compromised 350 miles off shore the very first time it was used. (Imagine trying to get back to the marina 350 miles offshore because of someone else’s negligence…)When I called them back to fix it; once again a different man shows up promising to fix the problem and says: “ I should be mad about what happened”. Then sends me an email saying that they are fixing nothing. ‘ “None” of the people who did the work are still working there’ the new fellow said to me conveniently.”
