“Man, House Factory got me out of a pickle for sure! Had an exhaust manifold that had 2 bolts in it I could not get out. Called him, and dropped the part off asap. Same day gives me a shout and says the extraction was successful and I could pick up the next day! Outstanding timeliness, professionalism, customer service, easy location to get to. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend and would go back in a heartbeat!”
