TTT Road Service, LLC

TTT Road Service LLC handles heavy duty truck and trailer work as a welder out of Laredo Texas. Thomas runs the shop at 3715 San Dario Ave and takes calls for roadside assistance plus preventive maintenance on all makes and models of semis and trailers. Their services cover electrical repairs diagnostics transmission work tire replacements and similar fixes across Laredo plus spots inside a two hour radius.

Customers call them for air hose jobs after a turn clips the line and for nox sensor fixes that clear a full derate. Thomas has swapped filters on bad fuel problems and sorted brake drum air line and tire damage from road hazards. Some report a quick air dryer swap that left hoses backwards and caused the part to fail again while others mention an airbag change on a loaded flatbed that stalled over a check valve and safety concerns on a Saturday.

Response times run from thirty minutes for a part pickup to about an hour on the side of the road with direct talk on what needs doing. Pricing starts reasonable on early jobs though some note it climbs later and they want a written estimate first. The crew stays local and handles both shop visits and breakdowns without long waits.

Feedback shows a 4.4 Google mark from zero reviews there while other comments praise speed honesty and knowledge from Thomas alongside a few notes on installation mistakes price jumps and jobs left unfinished.

“Sometimes good work and sometimes not. Prices were reasonable at first but now extremely high. Be sure you have a written estimate before TTT does any work for you. Good people to know but be careful about doing business with.”

“My truck was broken down and they told me my air dryer was bad. They replaced it but installed the hoses backwards and the truck still wasn’t fixed. I towed it to the dealer and the dealership said whoever replaced it caused the new air dryer to fail again because of the hoses that were installed backwards. I confronted them to take accountability and he blocked our numbers. Avoid these so called “mechanics” who can’t install air hoses properly.”

“I have 42 tractors running coast to coast. Had an issue with a nox sensor and complete derate. Called multiple places in Laredo who would not help me including the dealer I found this company who answered my call did exactly what he promised in the up most time and price was extremely fair . I’ve never seen anything like it in 40 years of doing this. Priceless!! Will keep him in my contacts forever and don’t wish myself another breakdown but welcome the opportunity to do business with TTT again.”

“Recently was stuck on the side of the road. They patiently took care of me until the problem was fixed . Great guys”

“TTT Road Service LLC is honest, fast, and reliable. I spoke with Thomas, and he is very smart and clearly knows his work. The service was professional and straightforward. I highly recommend.”

“Asked for a service to change an airbag on a loaded flatbed , flatbed had overweight, he first said, that a check valve needed to be change in order to get more pressure in airbags, so the flatbed could lift, he said he couldnt get it, nor even try because it was a saturday, I got a check valve him, he then changed the story saying it was dangerous (when we all know it is, wheter is loaded or not, then he said he was not going to do it, because it wasnt his trailer,, he didnt even tried to lift the trailer to change it, i just lost my money and time”

“Called Thomas to make a quick repair on one of our semis. Air hose got clipped when one of our drivers made a turn. It took Thomas about 30 minutes to pick up the part and get it replaced. Very attentive and quick response. Great service!”

“My to go guys in Laredo. Fast and realiable.”

“Super fast service and reasonable price”

“Update. Second visit~got some bad fuel, on top of some other issues that no one could figure out, Thomas and his crew had the filters changed and then they were able to figure out what was causing the other issues I'd been having for the last couple of months. It's like I have a totally different truck! Downtime was minimal. Repair was excellent. They went the extra mile and figured out the other issue and fixed it. You can not ask for better service than that. And the pricing was very reasonable. First visit ~ This mechanic is very fair and extremely honest. He's very thorough. He's very efficient. He's extremely knowledgeable when it comes to semis and trailers. He deserves way more than just 5 stars. Thomas, the owner, was my main mechanic. His other mechanics Daniel and Michael assisted him. Great place!!”

“I drive a semi truck and trailer. Went into a shipper that had really bad construction and hit a pot hole. Messed up my brake drum, the air line and 3 out of 4 tires (bc I couldn't stay in the only entry/exit so I had to drag my tires). They arrived in 1hour and had me back in the road pretty quickly. Very nice and respectful too”

“Excellent service! Effective, fast, and affordable. 100% professional and honest.”
