“Had my RIGMASTER APU installed Back in 11/2020. My experience was ok. Why because they installed the unit in the way that is Convenient for them, inside control panel use stick tape keeps coming off had to fixed my self, maybe because wasn't clean with alcohol and the inside outlet they just left long extension hanging. They said they do it so the customer can move it where is need it. Also I believe they should take time to inspect every part they touch make sure is secure, I found the cover box top of generator loose missing screw, was making noise see picture. Now this doesn't mean they do bad work mistakes will happen plus when training someone. They will installed unit in one day. They been in the business for long time. Also they will offer like tech support. they said call them if you have any questions, but is best to call RIGMASTER customer service faster response.”
