He was incredibly helpful & explained what was going on and made sure I left with a working setup. Before I went in, I spoke on the phone with Teresa and she was also very helpful and gave me some ideas of what the issue could be. You can really tell they know their stuff and, more importantly, they care about helping you out. Everyone I talked to was friendly, patient, and thorough - no rushing you out the door, just good honest service. I didn’t catch the names of a few of the other people that have helped me out but just know they’re all great! It's rare to find that kind of service these days, I highly recommend them!”
