He responded immediately and quoted me a fair price. It only took a few hours to complete. When I arrived to pick it up, I spoke to Aaron who was just as friendly as Ben. “If I could give them a zero star I would Ben Chapa did exactly nothing he promised us and we constantly had to push back on him every time they tried to cut corners 1) they used the wrong weld filler and tried to hide it from us 2) tried to use their own CWI to pass their bad welds 3) quoted 2 weeks lead time, and it took them 3 months 4) when we found problems and fitment issues in the field he would not answer our calls or emails 5) tried to double his bill when we tried to pay him and threatened our buyer stay as far away as possible, there are plenty of other great fabricators and welders, if you think they are more expensive and have longer lead times it is because they do stuff the right way”
