Marlin Welding Services Inc

Marlin Welding Services Inc handles welding jobs in the Redmond area with Mr. Marlin running the crew. The company takes on structural fabrication work along with mobile welding repairs and heavy equipment fixes. They also install gates and handrails and handle custom gate projects for business locations. Services run Monday through Saturday from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM with appointments available by phone.

Customers call for gate repairs that get the doors closing right again and for replacement doors on older homes where frames have shifted over time. Fritz had them build a spiral metal staircase and a security screen door with results that held up better than prior welders. Others needed crawl space lids before heavy rain, porch railings after surgery, and apartment railings updated to meet new safety rules within tight deadlines. Marlin and his helpers measured on site, took pieces back to the shop when needed, and finished installs that left fences and bars looking solid and new.

The crew shows up on time even for same day or evening calls and keeps in touch through texts and phone updates during the job. Pricing comes in fair and reasonable on projects from small fixes to larger commercial work. They cover the local area and move fast on emergency requests like roadside repairs or security gates for a church property. Reviews note clean rigs, on site welding that finishes the same day, and coordination with tenants or homeowners so the work stays on schedule.

“Marlin completed 2 projects, a spiral metal staircase and a custom made security screen door…the quality is outstanding!!! I highly recommend Marlin as his work is superior to other welders I have used in the past!!!”

“Experienced and excellent service in gate repair and door replacement. I came across Marlin Welding Services at a property management trade show I recently attended. He has over 20 years experience as a combo welder in residential and commercial builds. I needed a replacement door for a 100-year old house and repair on an iron gate that didn't close properly anymore. After getting measurements earlier, Marlin came in with his team. They were able to repair the iron gate much faster than I expected. When it came to the door, unknown to both of us, because of house's age its frame was shifted. Marlin was able to perform adjustments that allow the door to be aligned with the frame and still have a flush seal. I'm definitely will be calling on Marlin Welding for future iron gate services.”

“Wonderful experience. Marlin is a kind and professional business owner whose intention is for the client to be happy. It was a pleasure working with him. Thank you!”

“I would highly recommend Marlen welding services. I desperately needed lids for my Crawlspaces outside to be constructed and installed prior to the expected El Niño event. MWS did not disappoint. They came out immediately and measured, and then got the pieces constructed and placed within 10 days. The work looks beautiful and really enhances the appearance of the backyard . Marlen has excellent communication skills and easily explained everything to me. This company is very professional and reliable, and I would not hesitate to recommend them to others and also use them again myself for other projects”

“I just had knee replacement surgery and when I came home trying to get up my porch steps, I realized I needed some railings - Post haste! Found Marlin’s number and he came out right away to give me an estimate and had the work completed at the time I needed it! The railings look beautiful. Price was fair. Will use him for other work I need to have done.”

“I've got an 18 unit building over in Palms. A few weeks ago, we got a notice from the insurance company, that we had to update our railings to meet new safety requirements. They gave us *2 weeks* to get all the work done, and by the time I received the notice, only 11 days. From my very first phone call, and then meeting, with Marlin Welding, I knew he'd have it all under control. He and his helper worked directly with me on schedule, to make sure we'd be done with time to spare. (Communiction by both text and phone was great) The arrived on time every day of work, and worked well into the afternoon/early evening to stay on schedule. They were also great at coordinating with tenants for things like parking and balcony access - I had no complaints from tenants at all. Work site was left clean each day. The finished product came out looking great, met all the insurance company requirements, and the price he gave me was very fair and competitive with the couple other bids I had gotten. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them, or hire them again.”

“The owner Mr. Marlin is one of the most dependable and honorable individuals I’ve ever met. I highly recommend Marlin Welding Services. He has literally save me on a couple of occasions. He arrived to my home at the time he said he would to repair a botched job another contractor did. This was prior to me leaving the country for a trip. This meant a lot given I live alone and my would have been vulnerable. Marlin Welding Services did an outstanding job job repairing the work someone else botched! I was charged he’s fairly and have had no issues with is work. If you are interested in working with a true professional that has a good work ethic, cares about his clients and stands by his work, contact Mr. Marlin with Marlin Welding Services. You will not be disappointed!”

“I’ve been in business as an electrical contractor since 1979 and have used welders in the past to fabricate special brackets and parking lot light posts. I’ve never seen a welding shop as clean as Marlin’s. The quality of his work and professional is exceptional! Great job! Eddie Godoy.”

“Marlin is a great guy… easy to communicate with, looks out for you when he does the work, gives good pricing, does a great job. Marlin made security rolling parking gates for my apartment carport and put up 2 security gate doors for me. Marlin picks up when you call and responds in a timely fashion. I would recommend Marlin any day of the week. He’s a great decent person, I think of him as a friend.”

“Marlin @ MWS Welding truly went above and beyond. What started as a small project turned out to be much bigger than we expected, but Marlin handled everything with professionalism and care. He took the time to explain the process and kept us informed throughout the entire project with videos and updates, which we really appreciated. He removed the entire fence, took it to his shop for repairs, and when he returned to reinstall it, we were absolutely thrilled. The workmanship and quality were outstanding—our exterior fence looks brand new! If you’re looking for a welding company that is honest, reliable, and truly stands by their work, I highly recommend calling Marlin. You’ll be so glad you did. Top notch!”

“First, I wanna say that Mr. Marlin did a phenomenal job placing a gate around our church. We had homeless drug addicts and people who would desecrate our church building on our property and with this gate and the job he did in the time he took to put it up. He did an outstanding job. I would recommend him to anyone who’s looking for quality work. he also gave us a great price.”

“Marlin Welding retrofitted 2 existing burglar bars over our windows in Santa Monica. Marlin himself did the work on a Sunday. He tested and retested the install until it was perfect.
