“Not only does Bolder do sloppy electrical work, they also provide terrible customer service. I was forced to use them as I am in a new construction community, and I want to keep my home under warrantee. Basically, our remote-controlled fans/lights were all responding to any remote. So when I turned on the light in the living room, it turned on the light in the primary bedroom and 2nd bedroom. I called Bolder and got on the schedule for a 1pm-5pm arrival window. I asked if the electrician would call before they showed up as I had my own appointment at 3:30 and would need my husband to come home from work if the tech was arriving during that time, and was told I would receive a call. The next afternoon, I hadn’t heard from them so I called around 4:30 to see if there was an ETA. I was told that someone came to the house around 3:45, knocked, and left. No call beforehand and no call while the person was at the door. I escalated the issue to the supervisor, Landon. Landon had a sassy attitude. I let him know the issue and that I had several other services come to the house that day and they all called beforehand. He asked me for the names of these services, which was a weird question a”
