“I found Jason and his team to be exceptionally courteous, trustworthy, and hard working! The price for the fence was significantly less than the bids I received from other companies. The job was done with lightning speed. I am uncertain if the quality of the wood was equal to what I would have gotten from another company as it did contain a number of holes and discoloration. Also, the spread between boards has already become wider--the boards have shrunk up. I have a horizontal fence and wonder how long I will be able to call it a "privacy fence." The fence is quite lovely, however, and I'm crossing my fingers it will stay this way for awhile. Jason went out of his way to answer my questions and instruct his team to correct a few boards that were white in comparison to the red/blonde hue of the surrounding boards. Jason also asked the team to cut a corner location equally on both sides of the corner for aesthetics (my request), but he wasn't present when the fence was constructed and the team did not execute as instructed. I determined to "drop it." I suspect if I had asked, however, the job would have been redone, as this company really does seem to want to please its ”

“We have an HOA with strict fence rules, which require a particular type of wrought iron fence. Your Fence gave us a great price, started and finished when they said they would and the fence is awesome. "Responsiveness" is a big deal to me. We just sold an old house and bought this new house. I had deal with several companies when fixing up the old house. I was shocked at how most of them don't call back in a timely manner. Taking 3-5 days before calling me back drives me crazy. Adam @ Your Fence, returned my calls quickly and kept me up to date every step of the way. That alone is worth a sixth star. “I was scamed by a other fencing co and left with my fence 1/4 finished .I called for help to Your Fence Co .the owner said he would help in he sounded concerned. But it took him 3 weeks before he could make up his mind if he wanted to repair other contractors mess up..finish he gave me a so called reasonable price I was desperate. If I would have know they were going to do a half ## job like they didn't really care how it came out I would have going someone else's. Owner stressed to me no guarantees .I guess bc I didn't pay full price .and it wasn't the fence he built. Still I appreciate him helping me out.i asked for screws he put nails .my drive through gate is all ready bowing .and some fence pickets are loose.and the fence is 2 months old.next you'll want to help someone that been scamed and run off with money do a better job.”

“I had my fence replaced about 6 months ago by another company (Campbell's Quality Fence) and they sold me on upgrading my gates to a metal frame construction for increased stability and durability. Little did I know they had no idea what they were doing and the were never able to finish one of the gates and the other one started sagging within a few months because the materials the used were too heavy. Not to mention the metal frame and started rusting because they didn't properly weatherize the welds. I contacted Your Fence Company to come out and fix my gates (since Eddie Campbell has stopped responding to my texts and emails) and they were awesome. They came out and had both gates fixed and looking way better than before in a matter of hours. They left my yard clean and even reinstalled the chain lock I had put on one of the gates (because Campbell's never even put a latch on it). I am stoked with the results, and I'm looking forward to getting some stain on the gates and closing the books on this project!”
