All American Doors Inc.

All American Doors Inc. handles garage door and gate work in Abilene, Texas. Shannon Wilkins runs the company, which sells, installs and repairs systems for homes and businesses. They stock multiple styles and brands of doors and operators, plus gate equipment, and send crews for both quick fixes and full replacements on residential and commercial sites.

Homeowners describe calls about broken springs, doors that will not close, faulty sensors and wiring problems on ceiling units. Wade and Josh reached one home the same afternoon a door failed and finished the repair in under an hour. Jay arrived on schedule to fit a new bottom seal. Other crews located wiring faults that prior companies had overlooked, replaced both springs on double doors in a couple hours, and installed a new opener that runs quietly. One customer avoided a large parts bill when the crew checked the full system and found nothing else needed replacement.

Crews respond the same day or within twenty-four hours, keep appointments, and explain options before starting work. They schedule around the customer’s day, send clear updates, and charge fair rates that often come in below initial quotes from other outfits. Service stays inside the Abilene area with flexible weekday and early-week slots after weekend breakdowns.

Reviews give the company high marks for fast response, honest pricing that saves money, and crews who finish cleanly without extra visits. Topics that appear often include punctual arrivals, clear talk about what needs fixing, and solid results on both repairs and new installs. One review noted a company vehicle driver acting unprofessionally at a gas station.

“Our garage door broke yesterday and All American doors came today. We called them this morning and asked if there was any way for them to come today and they did we had the technicians Wade and Josh come by they were so efficient they went straight to work fixing the door while well kind and got the whole thing done in less than an hour and it was very inexpensive. Highly recommend”

“Extremely professional from start to finish! Jay came out to install a garage seal. He arrived on time and finished the job quickly. He's professional, knowledgeable and friendly!! I will use All American Doors in the future!!”

“Great service! Over the last few years we had 2 different companies come out and we still continued to have problems with what we thought were the sensors…..even replacing the sensors around 2 years ago. All American came out and found the issue with the wiring on the piece that is mounted on the ceiling! The other companies never even checked that! You can tell the gentleman that came out knew exactly what he was doing! Experience counts! I highly recommend them!”

“Who you work with matters. Choose Local!!! We made a quick call to Shannon and our garage was fixed in a few hours. Highly recommend them for honest, accurate, and timely work! Thank you again!!!”

“Called this morning as my garage door wasnt closing properly. Wade and Josh came in the afternoon, assessed and repaired. Friendly, efficient and just great in general. Thank you guys and All American Doors”

“Fantastic company that saved me $600!! Thank you for being honest and helpful!! I was sent a technician from a different company for a repair through my AHS Insurance. They tried to quote me $700 to fix my door stating many parts needed to be replaced and my insurance wouldn’t pay any of it bc it wasn’t covered. I would also have to pay the technician through cashapp🙄 There were several red flags so I refused service. I called AAD, they showed up same day, had my door fixed in about 20 minutes and it only cost me the $95 service call fee!! All components of my door were fine and NOTHING needed to be replaced! We’re all just trying to make it in this crazy economy and it’s sad there’s companies out there trying to take advantage of people. Thank God for companies like AAD still doing honest work! Definitely recommend them!”

“I scheduled with All American Garage Door after my spring broke. They came out and had us fixed with in a couple hours. Very fair price.”

“One of their employees driving a company vehicle was at the gas station being a racist. I called them out and then noticed I could smell alcohol coming off of their breath. I accused them of driving drunk and they said they're not drunk but didn't deny that they were drinking. Are these the kind of people this company employs?”

“We attempted to schedule twice with another garage repair company in Abilene and they stood us up both time. In my frustration, I called All American Doors and they came out day of call. They had clear and good communication. Techs were kind and worked quickly. Fair prices but there is a 3% charge for using a debit or CC- just FYI. Very happy to have a working garage door, again.”

“Great work; fast customer service; great prices; expert knowledge. Our garage door broke during the weekend, and they called back first thing Monday to have a crew inspect. Found all the issues and They quoted us great prices to fix. Their schedule was wide open and flexible to arrange a crew to fix. The crew was fast, professional, and definite experts in repairing and installing doors. There were multiple issues with the previous installation that they fixed. They went over the new opener in detail to include the warranty and lifetime parts. 1000% happy with everything at All American Doors in Abilene”

“I’m extremely satisfied with the work they did, from beginning to end. I have a third garage door that never had an opener. Shannon gave me a quote on the motor and installation that I could not refuse. The door movement is almost silent. This is not the first time that I’ve used them and will not be the last. 100% recommend! 👍🏼”
