“I couldn’t ask for a better company to deal with regarding my sliding glass patio door. They Were amazing to work with and did an amazing job. This will now be the company I will use for my rental properties.”

“I called and was eventually connected to a female employee. First, I inquired if she could give me a ballpark estimate based on window/pane size. After she agreed, she then asked for my name, address, phone number, and email. Then, she could not or would not provide any info. She asked for a photo of the window. I told her that I was not at home. She said they had to come out to see if they would even work on the wooden window. She said she would call me back to schedule a time, but failed to do so. The guy called me Friday Oct 24, 2025; again, I was out running errands, but told him the address and which window had the crack. I never heard another word. No email, no phone call, no text - NOTHING! Don’t ask for my email for a quote that is never sent! I have used Binswanger in the past for window pane replacement at this house. I have taken furniture in to have glass tops cut for the last 35 years. I don’t know what is going on, but this long-time customer is very dissatisfied. I went to Lowe’s, got glass cut for $20, glazing for $16, and just replaced and glazed the pane, re-glazed the other panes, and another window. If Binswanger doesn’t want my business, I will ”

“We had a large sliding glass door that cracked. One person came out to measure. When the glass came in, one man came out to work on old screws, then later two guys came out to install the heavy glass. They called before they came. Very professional”

“I was trimming the trees around my house when one of the branches decided to break a window on its way down. Binswanger was able to send someone out that day to measure and get me a quote. Then immediately the next morning Dre came out and installed it. He did a great job, he cleaned up, and was so incredibly polite. We work from from home and we're still able to take our calls. I hopefully won't drop another tree branch on a window but if I do I will definitely call Binswanger Glass.”

“First of all let me say, Trevor was an angel. Thank you Trevor! But let me just say Jason really need some training talking to potential customers. He was very rude, condenscending, narcissistic and definitely doesn't need to be the one to address customers. When he called me to ask for payment, he definitely had an attitude when I asked if he was a scammer! I don't just give my payment information to anyone that calls me. This wasn't ever discussed days before. Rudely he replied, "just pay Trevor"! So yes, I cancelled the order and let him know the reason..."because of your attitude".”

“I am going to edit my original review as follows: after my initial review I was contacted. Y manager. Very professional and assured me they would do whatever needed to make the service to a quality satisfaction. Sent someone over in a few hours. Technician was very professional and also assured me problems would be fixed in a priority manner. Really appreciated the time and care they took to begin to remedy issues. Ordered shower glass install in two pieces. Came to install and one was cut wrong. Then was told later they can’t do the 2nd piece after all because it’s too hard. They installed the only piece they could and I notice a 2-3” scratch in it as soon as they drive off. Reported to company. Very disappointed in service and quality.”

“I am very disappointed. I had to wait one week before they could come measure my windows. Then the guys that came out and gave me a quote didn't turn the info in to the office. I have waited more than the 3 weeks I was told the windows would take to arrive. No windows. I called the office and the receptionist said she couldn't find my order in the computer but she would call me back in a half hour. That was 6 days ago. I am using a different company now.”

Then 2 weeks to receive the glass that is not right so they reschedule me. 2 weeks later they repair one of the 2 windows needing repaired and didn't fix the second one because they lost a seal. Tried blaming us over that and tried to reschedule us again for another 2 weeks. This is a apartment unit with a family and a pregnant mom in there due any time without a window because this people have horrible communication. I need my refund today if the window is not being repaired.”

“This is my second or third experience with this company, and after today I thought I'd better write a review - they deserve it. Went in for a chip repair. They had installed a new windshield a couple of years ago, and informed me that I was entitled to a free chip repair - Nice ! Had an appointment and they were ready for me when I arrived. The repair took less than ten minutes and was done right, looks great. I'd also brought with me a small antique hand mirror (wife's) that I'd been trying to repair and given up on. I'd hoped to just get some advice, but they repaired it for me on the spot in 20 minutes. These folks are service oriented and I highly recommend them”
