Bolin Roofing & Construction

Bolin Roofing & Construction operates in Abilene, TX as a roofing contractor that also handles siding and window installation. Stacy Bolin runs the work and takes on roof replacements, leak repairs, and full home remodeling projects that include new bathrooms with tiled showers, kitchen updates, shed construction, deck building, and carport extensions.

Customers describe roof leak fixes after other roofers failed, flat roof conversions to angled metal, and complete insurance handled jobs where the company managed claims and waited for payment. Stacy has driven out on weekends for temporary patches on active leaks and checked work after rain before final payment. Reviewers note he handled material supply and labor for multiple structures on one property including a house and shed.

The company responds to calls for repairs and shows up to assess damage quickly. They keep communication open during jobs, answer questions on site, and allow time for homeowners to review completed work and invoices before settling. Pricing comes across as fair in multiple accounts, with no upfront costs required on insured projects.

Reviews show a split record with several five star notes on the quality of roof work and follow through alongside one star complaints about workers leaving nails in yards and patios, blocking doorways with material piles, and damaging railings without cleanup. Google lists a 4.1 rating though the profile shows no reviews attached.

“We have been very disappointed with the disrespect from their workers. They took the satelite dish off of our roof, never asked if it was working or not and laid it down. Then put it back up without the same consideration. Ran over the railing of my porch with their trailer and left it even after I mentioned it to Mr. Bolin. Put shingles piles of shingles in front of the entry and exit doorway to our home and had to ask for them to move them so we could get in our home each evening. My husband stepped on two nails from them using our patio as their piling area after being asked not to. Then when the job was finished, we had to ask for time to look over the job and the invoice before they were paid. Then arrangements were made to pick up the payment at my work and the salesman parked in our driveway most of the afternoon waiting on us to come home (according to our neighbors) and he would not quit calling my husband after he was repeatedly told I had the check and he needed to pick it up from me at work. The only plus is that the roof looks good. I hope that it does not leak and we do not need to use the warranty because I am worried that it will be an issue to get it taken c”

“Stacy came out on a Sunday to see about a leak I was having from a previous roofer that couldn't fix. He did a temporary repair until he gets his materials in. That says alot about this man. I highly recommend Bolin Roofing and Construction. Stacy came repair the leak in the roof and said to wait till it rain to check for leaks before you pay me. Thank you so much.”

“Stacy Bolin is professional and very reasonable and fair when it came to pricing, He replaced our flat roof with a new angled metal roof. We liked his work so much we had him remodel our whole home, Gutting our bathroom redesigning it with a new big tiled shower, kitchen also remodeled. He also tore down our old shed and built a new bigger work shed I am very pleased with. He also built our big deck out front and extended our carport to coincide with our home.. We are soo pleased with his craftsmanship and his work that in the future if we need anymore projects completed We always call him first ❤️❤️❤️”

“Bolin roofing was prompt and professional. They took care of everything with my insurance all I had to do was pick my color. I paid no money down and they waited for my insurance to pay me so I could pay Bolin roofing. They answer all my questions and did a great job , they also inspected all the work before I paid them. I have recommend them to all my friends and family.”

“These guys didn’t replace my roof, but they replaced my neighbor’s. We live in patio homes. These roofers caused a mess in my side yard/patio area and did not clean it up. I had to spend an afternoon cleaning up their mess they left in my yard. This mess included several loose nails.”

“They did an amazing job on the roof! Communication throughout the process was prompt and clear. We will not hesitate to use them again!”
