“Searched all over Abilene with all the “big time” glass and window, also the bath and shower companys looking for a certain part for a shower frame. We finally found West Texas Glass & mirror, we walked in as they were closing and we told them what we are looking for and the owner and his son said “you cant leave until we have found that part you need” needless to say they had it and didnt charge us an arm and a leg for it. Great company, great folk!”

“I accidentally ordered a piece of glass from them. I live in Midland and there in Abilene they called me back and told me it was cut and they were gonna come out and deliver it cause they want me to break it and even install it . I made a mistake and ordered it cause I thought it hey we’re in Midland, Texas, but the level of service they provided to me was unbelievable didn’t even want me to pay for the glass or the time the guy spent driving around looking for my address . Great people !!!!!”

“The lady who answers phone and takes orders/messages is nothing short of rude and hateful. The two techs that came and did work on my house were nice enough guys, but unfortunately did a poor job installing windows and not leaving a mess, nor did they even bring enough glass to complete entire job. The cocking on outside of windows looked like a 5 year old done it for the first time ever, the windows weren't screwed in properly, nor were they even lined up correctly. They left broken glass behind in my 1.5 year old bedroom (and I mean huge shards that couldn't be missed), and they left their scraps of glass and screens on our picnic table where my children play and sometimes eat food and snacks. One of the techs said he had been doing this for 31 years, but I could NOT believe the results of his 'experience ' with the job he completed and mess he left behind. Thankfully, I was sure to clean along and check everything behind them and save my children from grabbing and holding the glass they so carelessly left behind. Owner sent two different techs out the next day to 'correct' the wrong doings, however they said the cocking was still too wet and they would have to wait until”
