“Shawn came by to help fix my existing window. After a long time trouble shooting, it couldn’t be saved but he didn’t even charge me for the time. Ended up replacing with window anyways and he did a very high quality job. Would 100% recommend to anyone in the DFW area. Absolute pleasure doing business with Shawn”

“Shawn came out same day to help us repair and refresh our window balancers after a few windows were found to have issues during inspection. He did an amazing job and made us feel much more confident in our home. He is very friendly and charges a very reasonable fee. I will definitely be calling him again if I ever need windows repaired or replaced. Thanks again Shawn!”

“Shawn came to our home and measured all of our hail damaged window screens. In about a week he returned with all new exact copies of the original screens and installed them in about an hour. (17 screens) We also had two windows with problems that I could not figure out how to repair - he fixed them both in about 10 minutes. He communicated very well about scheduling both visits and was punctual. Shawn is a great guy to work with, and I highly recommend Advanced Window Solutions.”

“I had a great experience working with Advance Window Solutions. Shawn Calahan was very professional and we had a great collaboration with him. He responded promptly to my request to evaluate the broken window, communicated with us quickly both via email and phone, and was able to accommodate us very quickly on the calendar. He delivered the service in a very organized fashion and he was very clean and quiet. Very competitive pricing. I totally recommend his service. Great job!”

“Excellent service! Shawn takes the time to understand your needs- not quote you the most he thinks he can get from you. We highly recommend him. His prices have been reasonable and he’s willing to back up his installations with a warranty. He also taught me that my window cleaning service wasn’t doing their job and showed me the services they didn’t perform- that they should have. So glad we found him!”

“I've used Advanced Window Solutions to replace several of our windows and repair several screens. Shawn is awesome to work with! His pricing is competitive; he does careful, neat work; he's punctual; and on top of all that, he's extremely nice. I highly recommend Advanced Window Solutions!”

“We've had Shawn replace multiple windows in our house. He is always great to work with and very responsive. Highly recommend you reach out to him before going to any other window person.”

“Shawn replaced the window screens for my house, the price is good and the product is good. He is efficient and honest, very professional. I will recommend Shawn to my friends, and advanced window will be my first choice for any future project.”

“We recently had Shawn replace the glasses and screens in most of our windows. He is an excellent person to work with. I have hardly seen anyone who is so focused on customer satisfaction, and who goes out of his way to ensure that the customer is so happy with the outcome of his work. He was assisted by his son for the work (and he has raised his son well - he is equally wonderful as his dad). During these "new normal", both of them were very mindful of health and safety, and very respectful of the best practices that we follow in our home (every time they were inside our house, they were kind enough to leave their shoes outside...having noticed that we do the same too) - its small gestures like these that differentiates a great business from good business. His prices are very reasonable, and will NEVER try to upsell. He came over multiple times to finalize the textures of the glass (for windows, transom, sidelights). Overall, he is a wonderful person, and that is reflected in his work. I would highly recommend him to anyone who is interested to get some work done for the windows or glasses.”

“Absolutely 100 percent perfect service! I knocked a double pain window out a few weeks ago and couldn’t find anyone in Allen willing to come give me a quote to fix it in a timely manner. I called Shaun at Advanced Window Solutions and he gladly came out the same day with a very reasonable quote. The window had to be ordered and when it came in, Shawn came out and installed the new one in. He made sure both of my windows not only looked good but functioned correctly before leaving. Not a drop of trash or broken glass was to be found on the floor after install. Very knowledgeable window tech and great service. AWS is local in Allen which is a big plus for me. Great company to deal with.”

After he finished, he made sure to clean every window carefully, both inside and out, leaving everything spotless. His pricing was also very reasonable. If I could give him ten stars, I would!”

“Shawn and another team member installed two windows for me in early June, and I’m very happy with the work they did. They were reliable, dependable, and clearly paid attention to detail. It has been over a month since the installation, and I haven’t had any issues with the windows at all. I appreciate the quality work and would definitely recommend them.”
