Redwood's Classic Construction, Inc.

Redwood's Classic Construction handles roofing work from its base in Allen, Texas. Dillan runs the jobs and takes calls for inspections, leak fixes, full roof replacements, gutter installs, siding, soffits, fascia, and fence repairs. Customers reach them for storm damage claims and smaller patch work too. The crew covers nearby spots like Plano and The Colony when the calls come in.

Reviewers describe Dillan arriving the same day for leak checks and roof evaluations, climbing up to inspect shingles and attics then showing photos and video of what he finds. He spotted missing mortar around a fireplace that let water in and pointed out heat damage on older materials without pushing extra work. One job covered a home purchase inspection that cleared the roof for now, while another fixed flashing and led to minor repairs instead of a full tear-off. Gutter crews showed up when promised and finished with clean lines, and siding projects kept the yard tidy each day.

Dillan stays in touch on arrival times and next steps, quotes jobs after a quick look, and works with insurance adjusters on hail and wind claims. Reviewers note fair pricing with no added surprises, honest feedback that avoids unnecessary replacements, and a clean site at the end of each day. The team handles multiple roofs after storms, patches small sections in a few days, and even steps in on unrelated leaks by lining up the right help. They cover residential work across the area with steady updates from start to finish.

Every review gives five stars and highlights the same points on reliability and clear talk. People mention Dillan standing behind the results and making time when others would not.

“Navigating the option period of a home purchase is basically a high-speed obstacle course for your blood pressure. We desperately needed a roof inspection done on the house, and Dillan from Redwood Roofing answered the call. He showed up promptly, completely geared up (epic red beard and all), and got straight to work. After a thorough trip up the ladder to inspect the shingles on the roof and another ladder for the attic underbelly inspection, he came back down and delivered the absolute best news a homebuyer can hear: the roof is in decent shape, and we do not need a new one! (for now, because that deck below the shingles is a whole different story) It is incredibly refreshing to find a contractor with this level of genuine integrity. You can tell a lot about a person's character by how they operate when they have the perfect opportunity to upsell you. Dillan is clearly a man of faith who puts honesty over making a quick buck. His business card references Matthew 7:24-the verse about the wise man who built his house on the rock-and it is obvious he runs Redwood Roofing with that exact same rock-solid foundation. If you want a roofer who is thorough, fair, and truly honest, Dil”

“I had a wonderful experience with this company. I noticed a roof leak during the last heavy rain and called Redwood Roofing yesterday to schedule a time to evaluate the issue. Dillan was able to fit me in the same day and kept me informed on his arrival time. Dillan listened to my description of the leak and noted that it was best to just do a full roof evaluation while he was here. A short time later we were reviewing all the images and video he had of concerns...some were installation issues and others were normal Texas summer heat degrading materials. Now I know what you are thinking...we all have seen this. Contractor comes out for one issue and finds others, next thing you know they are trying to up charge you for all kinds of stuff. Dillan stated he can address all these issues while he is on the roof correcting the leak...free of charge. Dillan 's words, "it's just the right thing to do". Dillan corrected everything and sent me before and after images of all the items. It's hard to describe how impressed I was with this entire process. I can't recommend Redwood Roofing and Construction enough. The interaction with Dillan felt more like I was talking with a friend”
