“Took a simple picture frame to have a piece of glass cut for it. I was told it would take about a week and left the frame there. Week passed. I called a week later and was told the you check and call me back. I received no contact another week passed. I called and got a simple voice message. So left a message. Another week passed. I went to the the store and the door was covering brown paper with a handwritten sign saying “temporary closed”. While I was getting no to my vehicle, a lady pulled up. I told her what I found. She said the same thing was happening to her and that she had been waiting 8 weeks on a piece of window glass. So another two weeks went by. I went again, and it was the same thing so here I am about six weeks out and they are still closed. Phone gives no explanation, the sign on the door gives no explanation. So I’m done. Positive I’ll never get my frame. I can understand possible emergency situations, but no response or explanation is unacceptable. If they ever do open again, I will never use them and I would suggest others not to use them either. There are plenty of other glass companies in town. This is the worst business experience I’ve ever had. Don’t use th”

“I had a wonderful experience with City Glass. I needed a piece of tempered glass for a small art project and they took the time to look through their inventory and found me exactly what I wanted. They loaded it up in my car and off I went. It turned out beautiful and I am eternally grateful for their friendly, unselfish help with a small job that would not benefit them much. Nice people! “Have you ever done business with a Company that provided extremely prompt and professional service and then decided not to charge you for that service? Neither had I before City Glass! Let me explain. I called City Glass asking for a bid on reglazing the windows and replacing any cracked glass in my little back rental apartment. We are absentee landlords and could not be present during their visit. They arrived the same or next day and did what they could to reglaze and did replace one broken pane. It did not surprise me to learn the windows were deteriorated beyond the ability to merely reglaze. As I am considering selling this property, I did not think it made financial sense to replace windows. I waited and waited for a bill to arrive but never received a bill. Called today and was told there was no charge as they were unable to do the job I requested. I insisted upon paying for the work they were able to do and assured them any future glass work done at my rentals would be done by City Glass!”

“Took care of my broken storm door window! Just about every big box location in town has stepped away from glass replacement. I just removed the window and frame, dropped it off, and was called when it was ready. It was quick, easy, and affordable! Thank you!”

“I ordered a piece of glass on Tuesday morning. They promised to have it by Thursday. I did not get it until the next Monday. This was after I went in twice to check on it and I finally told them if it wasn't ready by noon that Monday to cancel the order. They finally called me and 8said it was ready. I went in to get it and it was the wrong size. They told me to come back later to pick up the corrected piece. I told them I will just stand here and wait. When they brought it out 10 minutes later it was ⅛ inch smaller than what I asked for. I took it and said I will make it work. It cost me $54 which I thought was a little steep.”

“My wife and I ordered a large custom piece of non-glare plexiglass from City Glass just to have it cut the wrong size, even after confirming over the phone the dimensions before ordering. This business refused to give us full credit for the incorrectly cut piece and was dishonest with my wife trying to explain the refund procedure. When my wife tried to discuss the overpriced amount for the second piece, the owner literally WALKED away from my wife and went into his office and sat down. He refused to talk to her and said "Good luck getting another place in town to do this." We will never do business here again and hope no one else will either. These people need to find another profession; they have absolutely ZERO desire to work with their customers.”

“Called on a Thursday, they said they would be out on Friday, look at broken window and call me. Never heard from them. Called back on Monday and they said my request had been voided. Lady said she would look into it and call back, she never did. Went with another company.”
