A Crystal Clearview Glass

A Crystal Clearview Glass handles auto glass work for vehicles in Arlington, Texas. The family and veteran owned business brings 38 years of experience in the auto glass industry and has operated for 15 years. JT leads the installs and repairs that cover windshields, door glass, vent glass, chip fixes and door regulators. The crew works with both factory and aftermarket glass and travels to customer locations to complete the jobs.

Reviewers describe calls for cracked windshields from rocks, smashed rear windows on trucks and failed door regulators. JT has arrived the same day or early the next morning to replace glass on cars from Mexico that other shops would not touch. He has fixed trim pieces that came loose after an install, sourced parts over a weekend and completed regulator swaps in about 30 minutes. Several jobs finished in under an hour at the customer's home or job site, and the work left the area clean.

The crew answers calls after 5 p.m. and on Sundays, then shows up on time with parts already located. They quote prices upfront that land several hundred dollars below bigger competitors and return the next day if a small issue needs attention. Service stays mobile, with no need for customers to drop vehicles off, and the team explains each step while working.

Google shows a 4.9 rating from 123 reviews. Recurring comments focus on quick callbacks, fair pricing, professional conduct and the quality of the finished glass work. Reviewers note they will use the company again for future needs.

“JT, the windshield repair technician, was absolutely outstanding! He showed up on the same day and was incredibly quick and helpful. His professionalism and efficiency were truly impressive. I highly recommend him to anyone in need of such services. Thank you, JT, for your excellent work and prompt service!”

“JT really took care of us, he gave a fair price up front, came to my location for the install which went pretty smoothly. Just like with any work being done there is always the potential for issues, we had a trim piece come loose the evening after the replacement, but JT drove out to my location to fix it the very next morning, on his day off of all days. I cannot speak highly enough of his commitment to quality craftsmanship and excellent customer service, I would absolutely recommend his services to anyone need glass replaced on their vehicle.”

“J.T. was very professional and kind. We got our windshield replaced. He was very honest about the price and shared a lot of his experience and knowledge. If you need your windshield replaced I would highly recommend Crystal Clearview Glass. You will not be disappointed.”

“Highly recommend. I had a car from Mexico with a cracked window. Other companies didn’t want to work on it because they couldn’t pull up the VIN. However no problem for this company as they took the time to provide excellent service and quality.”

“JT and his team were real life savers for me. It was a Saturday morning, raining cats and dogs, when something happened that destroyed the rear passenger side window and the back window of my truck. The big name place made me talk to a computer and the first available was going to be Monday, the other local places I called didn't even answer, so I was going to have to spend the rest of the weekend here and then drive back to my hometown (several hours away) with my windows busted out. When he heard this, he called around, found the glass, and got me fixed up. And it ended up being cheaper by a couple hundred than what the big name's computer quoted me. These are good guys. Highly recommend.”

“Amazing service from JT! Called him after 5:00 PM, and he had the new windshield installed at my home by the next morning. It took less than 45 minutes and the work is perfect. Professional, informative, and fast—highly recommended!”

“J.T. actually responded to my email on Sunday even though he wasn't working. I explained that the window regulator on my wife's driver door had failed. He explained to me if he could source the part he would be there about 8am Monday. I received a text from him at 7:30 Monday morning telling me he was on his way. He and his assistant had the old regulator out and the new one in in 30 minutes. The service I received was above and beyond what was expected. I highly recommend his company and service. I will use him again in the future.”

“I don't leave reviews, not even one for my own company, but I was impressed with the communication and service they provided. It was an instant call back. Worked out the details and within 24 hours the job was done. They came out to my job and finished their work in less than an hour. The price was better than the other companies I've checked. Couldn't beat it. I'll be using them again in the future”

“I called JT late in the day and he came to my home early the next morning to repair a rock chip in my windshield. He was on time, courteous and professional. He explained what he was doing and finished the job within minutes, including clean up. I am keeping his card for any future needs and as a fellow veteran, l highly recommend him for fast, excellent and reasonably-priced services.”

“JT took care of me a couple weeks back and I usually don’t write reviews but believe the reviews!! He is Professional and knows what he is doing, he deserves to be recognized. He was about the same price as the other places I received quotes from however the convenience and professionalism he showed made him my top choice and I sure am happy with his services! I will be referring you to whoever may need your services. Thank you JT!”

“JT was able to come fix my rear window in less than 24 hours of when it broke. Once he arrived it only took him about an hour to complete the install. He also came in cheaper than safelite. I would highly recommend.”

“When I needed my windshield repaired, I immediately thought of the big guy (_______ repair, _______ replace). But after hearing their ASTRONOMICAL price, I decided to dig in a bit and see if there was another option. And then I came across A Crystal Clearview Glass. JT took care of me from start to finish. Him and his team are awesome! Since I was close, they came to my house, free of charge. They replaced my windshield perfectly and for several hundred dollars LESS than the big guy. It was an A++ experience. If I had more than two thumbs, they'd get them all up. Highly recommend! P.S. You really don't need the calibration if JT does the work. The guy is an absolute pro!”

“You know when you get a quote from a known and popular company, and they say it the best and they are looking out for you? But you wonder if there is a better quote. JT at Crystal Clearview Glass is most likely that better quote. JT was honest, professional and timely. He saved me over $400. Excellent experience!”

“The quickest, nicest, honest company I have ever dealt with! He came to my house same day to fix a pretty significant rock chip in my front windshield. Very reasonably priced and will use them 1000000x over for any glass needs!”

“JT was able to get me scheduled to fix some rock chips in my windshield very quickly. He showed up on time and did a great job with the repairs while being very friendly and explaining everything that he did.”

“I returned from a bike ride to find one of the glass windows on my F-150 had been smashed by someone. I called to get a quote and was told it would take 3 days to get the replacement window. JT was recommended by a neighbor and I called him for a quote. He told me he could have it the next day AND come to my house to install it for around the same price as the original quote! He was highly professional and did just what he said and his attention to detail was amazing. He even vacuumed out all the remaining broken glass bits for me. I would use JT again and would highly recommend him.”
