“This place was SO much faster than zintex windows BUT there are a few things that took a star away(I wish I could only do half a star). PROS -9:30 am start and 3:00pm finish for two windows, a bay window, AND SLIDING DOOR -They cleaned all sticker residue off(zintex didn’t) -covered everything in plastic sheets and replaced once -Did a final walk through of windows -the team was also very kind and respectful of my home CONS -broken glass upstairs(they didn’t break any glass upstairs either) that even after hand picking I still found paper thin remnants on my toddlers foot -a random nail now by my window(I’ve lived here for two years and nails don’t grow from houses)”

They're established with 15 years in the business, being licensed, insured, and bonded, and I'm confident in their ability to delivery. “Dabella was a huge blessing for us. After speaking with Al and Donovan, they first came to the house and spoke with Mr. Davis, then returned later to meet with me after I finished work. They took the time to explain everything very clearly and thoroughly about the transformation of our home. They even showed us examples on their iPads of how our house would look before the work even started, which really helped us feel confident in the process. On top of that, they offered a great financing option with no payments for two years, giving us the flexibility to get our home in top shape and still be able to sell it before having to make any payments. “Ryan Graham is a wonderful sales rep for the Glasswing windows. The windows look impressive and much stronger than our existing windows. He is personable, friendly, and knowledgeable about the product. From where I sit as a retired engineer these windows are a much more impressive than what was installed when the house was built 20 years ago.”

“My experience with DaBella, the appointment started out just fine. The sales person was on time and we let him know that we appreciated that. And before the sales person started the measurements to get our estimation (for siding), I was very upfront and said we will not be making a decision today that they were just the first of several quotes I wanted to obtain so we could make an educated decision on whom to use. Then he went into a long spill about why we should use him in this company, which I found very boring and tedious, I was thinking just get to the quote man! Has he went on to tell us that he was a professional sales person, going on and on about himself again you’re burning time, my time! and then after all that here comes the quote and without going into any details, I’ll just give you the numbers first quote $22,000. We said no way then he supposedly called his Superior, which I really doubt he was talking to anybody on the phone to be honest with you, second quote $17,000, again we pushed back, here comes the second call to his supposedly Superior and then a third quote of $11,000. At this point we’re over two hours into our meeting. It’s getting late. Then here comes”
