Joshua Stark did a great job in selling us what we were needing, gave us many options to look at and the price was very reasonable. The installers were fantastic! All were very professional and keep us informed on progress. The windows really benefit us by reducing summer heat and outside nice. But best of all, the windows look great! “I met with Nick and arranged to have my windows and rear door replaced. The process was supper easy and financing was a breeze. When it came time for the windows to be installed, Daniel ran my instalation crew. His crew was excellent! They worked with me regarding my pets and took great care to protect my house and belongings. He took time to answer all of my questions and had the work done surprisingly quick. This was especially important as it was 108 the day they installed. I am one week into my new windows and doors and still have not found any issue at all. My house is brighter and cooler than ever. They were efficient, quick to answer questions, helped move the heavier furniture pieces, cleaned up everything after, and I was very impressed that they left no damage to my brick outside or my drywall inside while removing the old windows. “Joshua Stark explained everything in detail: The window construction, the differences between my old windows and the new windows, what I may expect in energy savings, financing options, the wait time for the custom windows (because they aren’t run-of-mill windows like from the big box lumberyards), and what to expect on the day of install. The window install went smoothly. The crew worked tirelessly, were careful of inside furnishings, knew what they were doing, and worked as a team. The windows are solid quality, the install was tight (no gaps), and the finish was smooth (caulking). We will be expecting lower cooling and heating bills this year. Yay! We could already hear how much quieter the street noise is compared to the previous windows.
