“Absolutely the best! Beautiful work. I would recommend Elite Exteriors to anyone. Great communication with Santos and his brother and his brother's son and all workers associated with the job. I had 2 other estimates for the work. Elite was able to fulfill the complete full exterior renovation. Great products used. After the outside was done which included new roof, new gutters and siding I did a AI rendered screen enclosure. I got exactly that and better. They devoted the exact time needed. “Santos and Elite Exteriors were actually my leading contractor during the quoting process. We had a great discussion about the scope of the work and solutions for my end goal. After the initial site visit I was promised a quote within several days. After waiting 1.5 weeks I reached out to see if Santos was still planning to submit a quote. He said yes, but that he had forgotten the color siding I wanted. No problem. I shared the specific color code, and he promised he was going to work on the quote right away. Another 1.5 weeks with no communication. This was all text communication, as calls from my personal phone were never answered again after the first call to set an appointment. I mention this because after three weeks of waiting, I happened to call from my work number and quickly got a call-back. After asking again if Santos was submitting a quote, he promised that he had it ready and just didn't have my email address. I texted it over and still never got a quote. A month of time wasted. I'm still not sure why the lack of communication or the excuses. Would have been just fine hearing that he was declining to bid instead of the continued insistance that a bid was coming. At ti”

“My house was in need of siding replacement. I searched for a contractor and was impressed by the reviews. Santos came out and gave me a quote that I felt was very reasonable considering the amount of work involved. They installed hardie board, which is the best quality exterior siding. They completed the job in 2 1/2 days. I was amazed and pleased with the abilities of the workers. They were also very courteous and respectful. They kept the trash cleaned up as they worked and did a careful search for bits of trash after the job was finished. They were very careful about paint overspray and spent a lot of time installing paper to prevent overspray. They also painted the entire exterior including the gutters and exterior doors. I was advised of the start date and arrival time and they arrived on time. I highly recommend this company.”

“Did not use his services because I had to stop the meeting. When he showed up to give me a quote, I explained what was wrong with the workmanship from the last contractors and what I was looking for because James Hardie needs to be installed correctly according to the installation manual for the warranty to not be voided. He immediately said "Not so much work is needed. You see it seems that you've been reading too much..." and tried to start justifying not needing to follow the manual. I felt like a jerk, but I cut him off and said I wasn't interested. I can't deal with anymore contractors trying to gaslight me into thinking substandard work is normal or acceptable. Contractors are supposed to adhere to a "Standard of Care" which is an ethical commitment to install things per the manufacturers instructions because that's the tested way the material is meant to perform. I'm not jeopardizing a warranty on something so expensive because a contractor thinks they know better. As a woman, it also gave me the vibe of " oh you silly little thing, you don't need to worry your little head about reading the installation manual. Just trust me." “I wish I could give more than 5 stars. Jose and his crew beautifully transformed my house and shed. They painted the exterior and put up gutters. Jose picked the colors and now my house just pops. I had a dilapidated old shed that is now gorgeous. Jose’s crew are the hardest workers. At the end of each day they cleaned up. I think the price was very fair. I would definitely use them again. “Working with Santos and his family and crew was a terrific experience from start to finish. They care about their customers. We had our entire two story house done during summer 2019 - all the trim and siding completely replaced with hardy board. Elite Exteriors even built a front porch railing and installed all new exterior lighting and gutters for us as well. They took pride in their work and had great attention to the small details. Our siding was in bad shape. We are so pleased with the results. We took our time in researching and selecting which vendor to work with being such an important investment in our home.
