Garage Door Medics

Garage Door Medics handles garage door work out of Arlington, Texas. They take care of repairs on residential and commercial doors, spring replacements, opener installations, new door setups, weather stripping, maintenance, and gate work. The company lists services across the Dallas and Fort Worth area.

Customers call them for new door installs that finish in a few hours, spring swaps on old openers, tune ups that quiet the door, weather strip replacements, and quick fixes on gates or motors. Caleb shows up for most of these jobs and explains options without pressure. Alfonso handled one motor repair the same day. Reviewers note that the work leaves doors running smooth and that old records stay in the system for repeat visits.

They book appointments even late on Friday for the next day, send texts with the tech's photo and info, keep old records in the system, and give multiple choices on fixes. Service covers Dallas and Fort Worth with same day responses in some cases. Communication stays straightforward and techs arrive in branded trucks with uniforms.

Reviews give them top marks across many entries with Caleb noted often for being on time and clear. Topics repeat around knowledge of the doors, friendly service, and getting things running right again. One review mentions Jeff and his team for door installs on multiple homes.

“I had a great experience with Garage Door Medics for my garage weather stripping replacement and tune-up. Scheduling and communication were super easy, and I appreciated how professional the entire process was. They even send a text with a photo and short bio of your technician so you know exactly who to expect—such a nice touch! My technician, Caleb, arrived on time in a branded truck and uniform, and he was friendly and knowledgeable. At the end of the service, payment was quick and seamless. I was impressed that they still had records in their system from when Cody serviced the garage back in 2020, before I even purchased the home. It’s clear that Garage Door Medics runs a well-organized business with great systems that make customers feel confident and cared for. Highly recommend!”
