“After having been impressed with the quality of windows installation at my neighbor’s home, I requested an estimate for my home. Dennis performed a demonstration using a heat lamp, a BTU meter, a competitor’s window that had been left at my house, and their recommended window. When I saw the substantial heat-reflecting properties of his window vs the competition, I was sold. Like nearly everything else, following the hurricanes and pandemic, it took nearly 5 months for the windows to arrive, but it was worth the wait. I was so impressed with how hard Billy and William worked to remove the old and install the new windows that I fed them lunch all three days, just to show my appreciation. I had 34 windows replaced, and all but one measured spot-on. The one, apartment kitchen window was one inch short on the vertical. They told me about it and asked to let them go ahead and install it, using a frame extension (?). They said if I didn’t like it, they would order a new one and replace it. My wife and I were COMPLETELY satisfied! A great example of their honesty and integrity! The bathroom window arrived as clear instead of rain glass, but they have the replacement glass on”

However what should have been a 4-6 week wait turned into me paying half of a 800.00 service to which at 4 weeks they “thought they did the repair” then informed me the window was damaged in transport and would take 2 weeks to come in which is normally correct (hmm since I already waited a month). Only to follow up 3 weeks later and they still have no answer for my window. They were so non chalant about the error, I asked for a realistic deadline or a refund. I already knew the end result less than 2 hours later a check was refunded to me .”

“Paid them to do a poor job and jet with half the cash. They quoted me for replacing part of a door frame and paiting it. I gave them the broken piece to match the moulding. They used the broken part I gave them for reference to "repair" the door. The repair looked very poor and used a large amount of putty. I had a supervisor come and look at the work and he agreed that the work was not what we discussed. I was told to wait until they could match the moulding and that they would complete the job. That was months ago and I'm not holding my breath for a call from them. Still took half the cash though.”
