“Streamline Renovations did a high quality job building my apartment (aka granny flat) above my son and daughter in law’s garage. It’s a 1,000 sq. ft. one bedroom, one bathroom apartment with an elevator. Morgan Bodden (owner) made the build go smoothly with his professional, calm demeanor. I am very happy with how my home turned out and we would highly recommend them!”

“We had Streamline Renovations build a new room for our baby that’s on the way, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. They did a great job from start to finish and made the whole process easy. They answered every phone call, every question, and touched up on anything I asked about without hesitation. They were professional, dependable, and truly cared about making sure we were happy with the work. The quality of the room turned out great, and we are very thankful they helped us create this special space for our growing family. We would definitely recommend Streamline Renovations to anyone looking for quality work and a contractor who stands behind what they do.”

“Morgan and his crew do excellent work. They renovated my bathrooms and did some work on my back patio for me. I would whole heartedly recommend this company for all your general contractor needs.”

“Morgan with Streamline provided a great price for the work I needed. We remodeled a small home, and he was extremely helpful throughout the process-offering valuable ideas and staying on track with timelines. He went above and beyond to help complete a significant amount of work in a short time. I would definitely use Streamline again.”

“Just had some major work done on my place and I'm absolutely thrilled with the results. They handled both the roof and a pretty big interior remodel. Honestly, it's like a whole new house now. I couldn't be happier with how everything turned out. Definitely recommend them if you're looking for top-notch service.”

“Streamline redid our front door and we are happily pleased with the results. Communication was good They worked fast and not to mention the price is unbeatable!!! Honest, good work, for a reasonable price! Highly recommend them Will be contacting them for all our home improvement needs in the future!”

“Awesome crew, awesome contractor, amazing work. We underwent a massive kitchen, bathroom, and dining room renovation. It required a total gutting and rebuilding of the entire rooms. Morgan and his crew at streamline renovations not only took care of it extremely fast with quality work and the best price we could find, but he also listened to every concern and even put in the effort to build custom parts to make our vision come true. Great people, quality work, and outstanding customer service. I can’t put everything he did for us in one review or it would be too long!! But I couldn’t have asked for a better contractor crew for my home renovations needs.”

“Streamline Renovations was very easy to work with during our roof replacement. They were flexible with scheduling and dealing with our insurance claim. The crew did an excellent job tearing off and replacing our roof to meet wind storm certification standards. We decided to install ridgevent and soffit vents in place of the old turbines and I can confirm that our attic is cooler now than it was before due to improved airflow. Our covered back porch had to be completely redecked and those repairs came out great! I would recommend Streamline Renovations for anyone looking to replace their roof or to contract for their next home project!”

“We recently bought a house and the subfloor needed to be fixed in two rooms. We did the first room ourselves and it took us about a week (and a lot of stress) to replace a few of the beams and the plywood. We were planning on fixing the second room as well, but we quickly decided against it once we saw that the entire subfloor needed to be replaced (1st picture). We contacted Streamline Renovations and everything after that was an absolute breeze. They completely replaced the subfloor in the second room, then installed the new vinyl floors and trim in both rooms, all within two days (2nd picture). We were beyond impressed with the quality of their work, especially with how quickly they got it done. They have affordable prices, fantastic customer service, and made the entire process stress-free. We will definitely be using them for any & every project from now on!”

“They did a great job on my patio cover. I will be using them again and other projects I need done. I recommend if you need a good job done to give them a call”

“Their work is excellent at a fair price. I really appreciate the time and effort this company put forth in transforming our home. Thank you again. Before-After.”

“Our experience with this company was excellent. We explained what we wanted for our back patio and they built it exactly the way we wanted. They finished the job in a timely matter and cleaned up after they were done. We are so pleased with the finished patio and are looking forward to many years of enjoying it. Thanks Streamline Renovations!!!”

“The owner made the transition of my upgrading to my building so easy. They did an awesome job. Highly would recommend them.”

“Morgan and his team did a great job getting our renovations done in just a few short days. Our biggest appreciation was his knowledge and abilities to work through all the insurance hurdles. His ability to have invoices and responses over and in by the end of the day if not sooner was impeccable and much-needed with our busy lifestyle. Kudos to this crew we look forward to using them again on other notes that hopefully don't evolve damages but upgrades instead.”

“Very professional. They went above and beyond. Would definitely use them again.”

“Morgan and his guys did a fantastic job on our house. We had some unexpected “damages” arise and had to renovate our kitchen. They did fantastic work, were prompt when arriving everyday, very informative throughout the whole process, and his prices were very reasonable. I would recommend streamline renovations to all my family and friends for your next project or repair. Thanks for everything guys.”

“The guys with Streamline Renovations did an exceptional job with everything I needed to have done to my home in order for it to be ready to sell. They went above and beyond ensuring they accomplished everything I had in mind. From the initial quote to the execution of the work, I had not one single complaint. The entire process was stress free for my family and me thanks to these guys. Cannot thank these guys enough for everything they did. I highly recommend their work!”

“Morgan and his crew did a wonderful job at installing tile in all 3 of our bathrooms (including the dog’s personal shower). After all, how many dogs get their own personal shower inside your new home. Anytime I needed anything he was always there answering my calls very promptly and definitely is not like so many other contractors that do not return your calls.”

“Morgan and his crew were awesome! They worked hard everyday to get the job done. I can't say enough about them all. By the time it was finished we felt like they were all family and they will be missed. I am very picky and they did everything they could to please me. They even did extra things that I wasn't paying for. I give them the highest of praise and recommendation! You won't be sorry for hiring these guys!!”

“Highly recommend this company. Called told them I needed a quote on roof repair. They were there the same week and had a quote writhing 24 hrs. They replaced our entire roof within 48 hours. The workers were super nice. The owner came out and not only gave the quote himself, explained in detail on everything we needed done. He also made sure everything was going smooth throughout the process. Called them back to do some in house repair and was done within a day. Won’t be using anyone else for any needs around our property.”
