Cinar Interiors, Inc

Cinar Interiors, Inc. runs a flooring and interior finishes operation out of Boerne, Texas. The company supplies and installs wood flooring, laminate, carpet, ceramic tile, and backsplashes along with window treatments such as roller shades, plantation shutters, and motorized shades. Staff members named in reviews include sales associates Kim, Archie, and Adam plus installers Douglas, Brad, and Tony who handle the actual work on site.

Homeowners report projects that replace carpet with wood-look tile in multiple bedrooms, refinish existing hardwood while replacing damaged boards, lay tile in laundry rooms and bathrooms, and fit blinds or shutters chosen to match existing paint and trim details. Reviewers note that crews kept daily updates on progress, finished within the stated timeline, and returned to reset furniture after rug cleaning. Pricing came in at the quoted amount even when extra wood was needed, and selections were made with input from staff who explained options and costs upfront.

Work takes place in the Boerne area with crews that arrive on schedule and keep homeowners informed by phone or in person. Response to calls is described as prompt for new jobs, and crews coordinate around daily household routines. Several customers returned for repeat projects after seeing the first results, citing value compared with larger stores and consistent follow-through on the original scope.

Google shows 4.7 from 35 reviews with frequent mentions of skilled installers, clear scheduling, and solid results on both flooring and shade work, though a pair of reviews flag slow callbacks on warranty items after the sale. DIRT Score 4.1 from 35 reviews on Finds.

“Fantastic experience from start to finish. The blinds not only look wonderful, they operate smooth. We didn’t want to take away from some of the architectural details of the house and the suggestions and colors matched perfectly with our paint to disguise the roller shades. We opted for a neutral in bedrooms to pull in floor color. The company is very responsive, Douglas is great and the installer also did a great job and very quick. I can’t recommend this company enough.”

“Thank you for your outstanding customer service. Explaining the timeline for the project helped with planning the project and coordinate on a daily basis. Installation team highly skilled, experienced, and communicated on daily progress and scheduling.”

“This is the third time I’ve had Cinar install flooring in a home. They installed all my hardwoods, and then came back to install dreamy tile in my laundry room. They are reasonable, on time and do really great work. I don’t even bother to “shop around” anymore because, in my experience, they are always the best value.”

“Another great experience with Cinar Interiors for my flooring needs. Their friendly, competent staff assisted with color selections, they communicated throughout the process, and installed with precision. They have been a local staple for good reason! I would definitely recommend.”

“Cinar Interiors exceeded my expectations in every way while refinishing my floors. The crew were professional and hard working, on-time and consulted with us throughout the process to make sure our expectations were being met. The entire process took less time than I expected. The crew returned twice to move my furniture back into the living room because we had to wait to move the big pieces while my area rug was being cleaned. The estimated price was exactly the price charged even though some of the wood had to be replaced. I highly recommend this company!”

“This was our second time working with Cinar Interiors. Ms. Kim did an excellent job understanding what our vision was for our primary bathroom and helped us select the perfect tile for our budget. The rest of the team communicated with us effectively throughout the project and the contractor who did the shower and tile install, Tony, was very trustworthy, kind, and reliable. The team went above and beyond to make sure we received a quality job and we are beyond pleased. We absolutely recommend their services and can't wait to work with them again.”

“Excellent work and competitive pricing from a local Boerne family owned flooring company. We replaced carpet with wood look ceramic tile in 3 bedrooms and a studio. Very happy.”

“This review is over due. Cinear Interiors installed plantation shutters for me back in March 2024. The whole process was seamless. Thank you! They are beautiful!”

“Cinar just finished all new flooring in my home. Brad installed all the laminate planks and did an outstanding job. He is a real craftsman and works with fantastic work ethics. The carpet installer was equally efficient and thorough. I highly recommend Cinar.”

“Have dealt with Cinar a couple of times. Last year we bought replacement flooring, which was significantly better priced than the big city stores. Then recently we got subway tiles for a kitchen backsplash. On both occasions Adam was very helpful and informative, giving us tips and guidance that helped us do the job right. We certainly recommend them.”

“Salesperson Kim was very helpful in helping us select our flooring and tiles.”

“Cinar is a great place and everyone there is professional, helpful and friendly. I just finished building a new house and Cinar helped me with so many items including the hardwood floors, carpet, floor tile, tile backsplash and motorized window shades. They helped me make my selections and the installation of everything was quick and well done. I highly recommend Cinar.”

“Living in the country, it was time to replace carpeting and we enlisted a local company in Boerne. We are happy with the results. The crew were prompt, professional and finished in no time . Choices at the store are astronomical and we would highly recommend them.”

“I have an approximately 5,000 sq. foot house. I bought all my wood flooring and tile from Cinar. They sent me my bill through e-mail. I have never gotten a bill through my e-mail so was not looking for it. The sister of the owner called and told me that, why would I not expect to get a bill, why was I not looking for it. I looked and it was in my junk mail. I paid the bill in full but have never been treated so rudely by someone that I had spent so much money with. When one of the pieces of wood came up, I called them everyday for a week and no one bothered to return my call. They are so nice when they think you will buy your flooring from them but sure do stink when it comes to acting professional.”

“Kim & Archie were so very knowledgeable & helpful!!! Our wood flooring & tile selections are beautiful in our remodeled home! Highly recommend this company!”

“Easy to work with and the job was done well. We love our new floor.”

“Spent thousands of dollars putting a wood floor in .. it’s been maybe 2 years and need to re glue a plank it loose … called a month ago and the owners daughter says we will get back with you .. a week goes by I call again ! She says we really tied up and hangs up we will call you .. weeks go by and nothing ! I live really close to them and it’s a 2 min job and still nothing !! All the money you will spend and if you need anything done for warranty they will ignore you ! Go somewhere else it’s not worth it !”

“Made delivery in and out ten minutes tops, took me longer to process delivery on a tablet than unloading of material”

“Excellent to work with. They went above and beyond and their work was top notch.”

“Very professional installation and at a reasonable price. . Very responsive to my needs I highly recommend them.”
