“I highly recommend Branson and Rick at CLC Roofing! They have inspected my roof three different times over the 15 years I’ve lived in my home, and every experience has been the same professional, honest, and trustworthy. They took the time to explain that my home has a Class IV impact resistant, 50-year roof. They also educated me that with this type of roof, it’s normal to see some gravel loss over time, and that gravel loss alone doesn’t mean the roof needs to be replaced. What I appreciate most is that they don’t try to sell you a roof they advise you. They inspect your roof, tell you the truth about its condition, and explain your options if damages warrant opening an insurance claim. If another roofing company tells you your roof needs to be replaced, call these guys first to verify it. Finding a company like CLC that values honesty over making a sale is rare, and they’ve earned my trust time and time again.”

“Last year CLC Roofing did a great job replacing our roof after hail damage in April. During the torrential we had a couple of weeks ago, I noticed a leak in my master bathroom apparently coming from the shower roof vent. I called Jill who sent two gentlemen within the hour to check it out and find the leak. Within 30 minutes they determined that the roof vent on top of the house had a small defect causing the leak inside the house. They removed the vent and replaced it within an hour! Thank goodness because the heavy rain started again almost immediately and continued for several more days. The repair was perfect! No more leak. If CLC had not reacted so quickly and efficiently, we would’ve had some inside damage for sure! Thanks to CLC!!”

“Our family needed some home damage repaired due to a hail/wind storm. We not only had roof damage, but also some interior ceiling damage from water intrusion. We called our insurer (S.F.) and had them come out to inspect the damage, they claimed that the roof was fine and cut us a check for around $2500 for the ceiling and fence/window screen repair.
