“We used the Window Source of DFW to replace all the windows in our home. Our brick house had 35+ metal windows that were installed when the house was built in 1997. I contacted Window Source to get an estimate. Chris Pound, the owner came out and gave us a demonstration and measured our windows. Chris gave us a quote which was very competitive with another supplier we had contacted. What separated Chris from the competition was his attention to detail and making sure we got exactly what we wanted. There was no push to upsell - just a good back and forth about what was important to us in our new windows. We placed our order after making a small change with Chris' wife Becca. Once the order was placed we received regular updates about when the windows would be coming via email. When the windows were ready to be installed, Chris scheduled the installation. “Had a great experience with The Window Source. I got 5 estimates and Window Source was one of the two lowest (surprisingly one of the big box hardware stores was the highest). One of the reasons I chose Window Source is they use Cardinal 452 glass which is better for hot climates, the other low estimate company with Window in their name that just started a national advertising campaign told me the exact opposite! Also my windows were manufactured in Fort Worth, not out of state. Chris was also low pressure and way more informative than the other company's that I talked to. “TRIPLE Pane window replacement. You heard right, Triple Pane Windows and made here in Fort Worth and glass made in Waxahachie. I did my research and had several companies come out to give me a quote. The Window Source of DFW had the best price for the quality. Dan Came out with a sample of the window and discussed all the options. He had us a quote by that evening. The price was almost half of some of the other companies and offered better windows and a no pressure sales. Which was a change from some of the other companies. We ordered our windows within 2 days.
