Wow Windows & Glass, LLC

Wow Windows & Glass, LLC handles window and door replacements and repairs out of Carrollton. Ryan runs the company with Nate, Adan and Aiden on the crews. They take on full house window swaps, fix shattered glass in bedrooms or back doors, install custom arched or Gothic frames, add solar screens and handle glass replacements in existing doors. Homeowners in the area call them for old aluminum frames that no longer seal or for urgent breaks that need quick safety fixes.

Reviewers describe jobs where crews swapped every window in a 1900 square foot house in a day and a half, replaced broken seals that let heat pour in on west facing walls, and set new high efficiency vinyl units while saving alarm wiring and matching siding. Nate and Adan measured after hours for one shattered door and finished the glass two days later. Aiden arrived early for a bathroom and front window job, worked fast and left the site clean. Ryan gave quotes without pushing extras and crews handled large second floor units with care during whole home projects.

Crews text arrival times, keep communication steady through each step and finish on schedule without added costs. They cover the DFW area, show up on time for repairs that take minutes and clean debris before leaving. Pricing comes in fair for both standard and custom work, and follow up calls check that everything performs as expected after install.

“We discussed design and options to replace the glass in an existing custom arched frame over the front door. The glass turned out perfect and the installation went quickly. Communication was great throughout. They also removed some outdated wall mirrors for a price. I definitely recommend Wow Windows, and I will call them for future projects. Update: 5/7/2026: Had Wow Windows replace the glass in 6 windows to help us sell our home. I will call them for more if I need to.”

“Nate and Adan are brilliant. They’ve done our windows for about the past decade and have been consistently reliable and honest. On our most recent urgent need, when our backdoor glass was shattered, they went above and beyond, with Nate coming over to measure after work, and Adan replacing the glass two days later. I would highly recommend!”

“I had WOW Windows replace a couple of windows in my bathroom and one in the front and also some solar screens. I couldn’t have been happier with the work or the team. Ryan and Aiden were very nice and helpful. Ryan did not try to talk me into something I didn’t want And gave me a great quote. When Aiden came out to install them he arrived on time in fact, a little early and got started right away he was very quick and extremely efficient and did an excellent job also cleaned up after he was finish. He was A very pleasant young man. The next time I want to have windows or solar screens replaced I will definitely call them back.”

“I can't say enough good things about this company. Ryan and his team did an outstanding job on my windows. I replaced all windows in my 1,900 sq ft home and they desperately needed to be replaced as they were original from 1983 and let in a ton of heat in my western facing home. Ryan and his team were professional, thorough, and on time for every appointment. They were able to finish the entire install in a day and a half! The windows are beautiful and the price was extremely competitive. If you live in the DFW area, this is THE company to go with for new windows/window cleaning. Check out the pics from the job they did :)”

“We just changed all the old aluminum frame and broken seal windows in our house for new high efficiency vinyl windows. Ryan and his team at WOW did an excellent job when it came to professional installation and customer service. I was there for the entire installation and saw how much care they put into making sure the windows are installed and performing as intended, including accommodating some extra large ones on the second floor. They also saved and cared for the wired alarm system in the house and replaced siding essential for window sealing when applicable. Most notably was the fact that even though they finished on time, cleaned the debris and left very nice windows up, Ryan still showed up a few days later to check in on them and make sure that everything was properly sealed and functional. This included performing fine spot caulking and finishing, which some might say is overboard for this kind of job. The work was not cheap but very reasonably priced for the amazing quality of these made-in-Texas Vistamark windows. I highly recommend going with these guys for all things Texas windows. By the way, I did say WOW, when they had finished the installation.”

“Wow is right! We were completely satisfied with both the product and service. Top notch every step of the way. The windows make our home look so different, so much more light now. So happy with the results and we could not recommend WOW more.”
