Bexar Exteriors

Bexar Exteriors operates out of Cibolo, TX and handles window and door projects along with related exterior repairs. Jonathan runs the jobs and meets customers for walk-throughs to put together estimates on items like gutter removal, shutter fixes, and painting work. The company takes on small to medium exterior tasks that involve trim replacement and sealing around the home.

Customers describe Jonathan handling facia and drip edge swaps, adding covers over air conditioning units, and applying roof sealer to stop leaks on patio covers. One review notes he refaced dormers, painted large sections of the house, installed a back splash on new gutters, and built a new shutter after the old one came loose. Another mentions prompt fixes on leaking areas with double drip edges and multiple coats of sealer that held up after heavy rain. A third customer had Jonathan replace trim and handle painting on facia without follow-up problems.

Jonathan usually answers requests for quotes the same day and keeps the price reasonable on the jobs he takes. Reviews mention he finishes the work fast and leaves the site clean. Some customers report delays of several weeks before estimates arrive by email and note that follow-up texts went unanswered at first. Service stays local to the Cibolo area with no set hours listed beyond what fits the individual project schedule.

The five reviews show a split between strong praise for clean results on facia, painting, and gutter work and complaints about slow estimates plus canceled jobs after questions on timing. Recurring comments focus on Jonathan's hands-on role and the final look of the repairs. DIRT Score 2.2 from 5 reviews on Finds.

“This company is EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL. Not properly tuned in giving customers the service their company advertises!! ... Jonathan was supposed to give me a Simple estimate on 3 or 4 small jobs including the removal of my gutters. I had to send him and his company Several texts with NO RESPONSE on my Estimates!! ... FINALLY, After several texts, and 3 WEEKS LATER, I did receive an email with his INCOMPLETE Estimates of the areas that he FAILED to write down during our Walk Around. ... When I did ask why my Estimates were So Very Late, He got offended (Angry) with my questions!!! ... Soon After, Jonathan sent me an email that he Canceled my jobs on his incomplete estimates. .... I informed him that I had ALREADY FIRED HIM, Immediately upon receiving his Very Late Estimates!!... ... So, in summary, in my opinion, I believe that this company picks and chooses their customers. I can only assume that, I being a Mex-American that this company chose to put my estimate work on the bottom of their pile!!! ... So, BEWARE of this company!! You may be their next victim of their UNPROFESSIONAL WORK ETHICS!! --------- *JVL, Boeing Engineer, USAF Flt Line Operations, Management Ethics Consultan”
