“Communicative and friendly. I felt very safe with having people come over as they send a photo and information of what to expect ahead of time. Great, timely communication from the front office regardless of the news. We had a couple snafus in the replacement windows that the Glass Doctors caught prior to coming out, and Nikki was always friendly, dedicated, and kind. “What a great experience with Glass Doctor. I had some window issues in my house and was sure it would require replacing the entire window. After calling Glass Doctor, Ben came out and evaluated my issues and assured me they could all be repaired. His service and knowledge during the inspection was excellent and he explained everything that needed to be done. “Very Disappointed With the Product and Customer Service We hired Glass Doctor to tint the extensive floor-to-ceiling windows throughout our home, with the primary goal of noticeably reducing the amount of light and glare coming inside. We relied on the professional recommendation of Glass Doctor specialist Houston Leach when selecting the product and trusted that it would deliver the results we were promised. Unfortunately, there is barely any noticeable difference between the tinted windows and the adjacent windows that have not been tinted. We contacted the company before the installation was completed and clearly explained our concerns. Considering the scope and significant cost of this project, we expected someone to come to our home, inspect the installation, and determine whether there was an issue with the product or the quality of the work. “45x68 window installed in 2020 by Glass Doctor, foggy and replaced 2022 by Glass Doctor. The seal failed on the replacement this year and I asked for a replacement. The warranty doesn’t cover multiple failures regardless of the cause, I didn’t realize this until it needed attention. The pricing has changed drastically, I paid $613 for the first window installed 2020. The replacement was quoted at $705 in 2022. The 2026 quote for the same window was $1200+. I found another business to replace this window for $650. The process was frustrating, as it took multiple calls and emails to understand why the window wasn’t under warranty and why the price was so different from the last quote. I had another window, same size, in 2024 replaced for $650…the technicians were always great 5/5 stars, but I feel the office was difficult to work with here.”
