“From our salesman, Tim, to the installation crew, we’ve had a great experience. It’s evident that this compnay prioritizes customer service. While the crew was installing the huge second story window in the entryway, they offered to replace the lightbulbs on our porch!! There’s absolutely no way my husband could’ve done that because of how high that light is…what a generous demonstration of going above and beyond! The installers were kind, polite, and diligently worked for 2 days. Javier, the team lead, communicated with me the whole time, kept me updated on the progress, and showed me how to work the new windows.”

Kelan and his team do an amazing job they kept us informed on all aspects of the delivery and installation of our new windows. Looking forward to working with them again. Doors are next!”

“Super impressed and satisfied with our hurricane impact windows and installation. Jose B and his crew made the process of installation so quick and easy, even our dog fell at ease with them, which is not normal for her. They were meticulously clean and left every edge and corner much more beautiful than we envisioned. Super pleased and grateful for their professionalism and attention to all the little details. Thank you, Window World Corpus Christi! 😊”

“I would highly recommend Using Window World. This is the second time we have done business with them, and they experience has been exceptional. I was fortunate enough to have Javi complete the service at my home for a second time. Each time he explained to me what he was going to do how he was going to do it. And then followed up and showed me the finish work. He took time to make sure I was happy with the project and assured me if I had any concerns to just reach out and he’d be right back out to the address it. I truly appreciate it when someone truly demonstrates they care about the project they’re working on and it’s not just a job.Javi Definitely takes the time to make sure that you are happy with his service. Hat off to you Window World for this Top Notch Team Member! Susan E Bostick”

Jose B. and crew came in as expected, 8:30 a.m. and were done by 10:30 a.m. The crew was very courteous and respectful of our home. “Good quality windows, good price, excellent installation (I'm a construction inspector). They made good on a sub-contractor's "issue". I plan on using them again in the future for more windows!”

“Thank you Installers Jose B and Crew are fantastic! Professional, friendly, considerate of our family & furry kids, quick & accurate, & clean! In & out in 1 day of 3 windows (plus hurricane mounted screws & premeasured & predrilled marked plywood) & 3 exterior doors with new trim. Walked us through every step, answered all my questions, gave us a demonstration of our new windows and all the cool new features! And of course thank you to sales rep Bobbi for precise measuring & knowledge of the business. Thank you window & door makers from Window World. I love my products!”

“The installation team led by Javier did a fantastic job installing my windows. Once complete, the team cleaned everything up. Javier went over the warranty and showed me the different features of each window. Great job and I highly recommend as the installation was seamless and the price was the same as other companies.”

“Jose B & Crew. I cannot say enough, good things about these gentlemen who installed the windows and doors in my house. My house and I fell victim to an individual who swore he could change out my windows. More than 3 years later, 3 failed window installs, my house and I parted company with this contractor. Window World came the next day, was efficient in inventorying what was needed, took measurements and offered choices I had not been given before. When the windows arrived, Jose and team arrived on time, were polite and courteous, and immediately began. In a little less than two days, the crew replaced all 20 of my windows, my back door and two French doors all the while being respectful of my zoom meetings and accommodating my cats. The windows and doors are beautiful and I am extremely satisfied and happy with this decision. None of this would have been possible without the team from Window World. Before and after”

“I cannot say enough about the amazing job Ciro V and his crew did installing our windows and sliding glass door in my garage. From start to finish, their professionalism and attention to detail were outstanding. They kept us updated throughout the entire process, which gave us such peace of mind. Having a crew in your home for half a day can sometimes feel overwhelming, but Ciro and his team made it incredibly comfortable. They were respectful, trustworthy, and truly took pride in their work. Every step was handled with care, and the end result exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend Window World, Ciro V and his crew to anyone looking for quality work done with integrity and professionalism. Their dedication and craftsmanship shine through in every detail. We are so grateful for the experience and the beautiful results!”

“So happy we called Window World to have our windows replaced. We experienced exceptional service from the initial appointment to give us a bid, to scheduling the install. They were prompt professional and clean. Our new windows make our home look amazing inside and out. The new large kitchen window is by far the BEST!”

“Angel and Tyler were very professional, polite, and informative. They called before they showed ip, showed up on time, and did the job in a timely professional manner.”

“Bobbie was a great sales rep. She was knowledgeable and very easy to talk to. The installer Ciro and his helper was great also. They walked us through everything they did and did some extra because they said it looked better. We were shocked at the price it was way less than we expected so we were able to get the hurricane proof windows. We could not be more pleased with our new windows and I’m not dreading cleaning them since the open inward for easy cleaning. And I cannot imagine what out AC bill will be next year due to the new windows.”

“Jose B and Crew did an awesome job of removing and installing my new storm sliding glass door. They were very courteous and professional, measured and did more than they had to. Cleaned up after themselves. Nice Work! Look forward to my next install! Thanks Again!”

“I highly recommend Window World to anyone considering replacing their home’s windows. Our experience with their team was unlike any other contractor we’ve worked with during past remodeling projects. From the start, Trevor, the salesperson, took the time to thoroughly assess our needs, clearly explain our options, and provide transparent pricing. The installation team, led by Javier, exceeded our expectations. They did an outstanding job removing our existing windows and installing high-quality, impact-resistant replacements. The chief installer, Javier, and his crew were consistently punctual, arriving on time each day and working efficiently as a coordinated team. Each member had a clear role, and the entire process was handled with impressive organization and speed. They also maintained a clean work site, promptly removing and disposing of all debris. What truly stood out was Javier’s integrity and attention to detail. He identified factory defects in a few of the new windows—issues we would not have noticed ourselves—and made sure they were addressed. Within three weeks, the team returned to replace those windows without issue. Throughout the entire project, Javier and his crew”

“Wow.. talk about a group of people who define the word professionalism to every extent of the meaning.. From the salesman Dillon, to the work crew who came to my house, Angel, Tyler and Mikey . You three guys are a fine oiled machine. You guys were no nonsense and polite. Y'all knew exactly what your individual role was to get the job done quickly and efficiently. The end product looked better than what I expected. I truly appreciate the fact that y'all left my property better than you found it. No trace of trash or debris left anywhere.. I couldn't ask for a better experience.. Excited to see if these new windows help our situation. I am sure glad I went with Window World Corpus Christi for this purchase... I'll be back for my doors soon.. Thank you guys.. Jay B”
