“The process was explained thoroughly by Dominique Reed. The visuals provided help me understand what it should and would look like. Response to any questions or requests I had were done quickly even after the job was completed. I also bought solar through this vendor. It took several months to get my application and service for the solar completed. My landscaping was damaged during the roof take-off and I am still waiting for that to be corrected. Mr. Reed made attempts to have this done before and after he left the company. I am disappointed that I needed to amend this review but I do not feel the job is complete until all of the concerns are addressed. As I said in my last communication with you all...just make it right please.”

“Mighty Dog Roofing installed Christmas lights for us, as well as gutter guards. Our entire experience was nothing short of amazing! After reaching out and requesting an estimate, we were quickly provided with multiple options and prices. The project started very quickly after we selected our options. Installation was done very well, and the employees were extremely helpful during the entire process. Our Sales Rep kept us in the loop the entire time. Highly recommend.”

“I had an outstanding experience with Maegan and Mighty Dog Roofing from start to finish. After Hurricane Berryl, they promptly came out to tarp my roof after assessing damages. Maegan was exceptional- she guided me through the entire process, from the initial steps to a full roof replacement. Her communication was clear and consistent, ensuring everything went smoothly. I highly recommend their services”

“Mighty Dog came out to our home to fix an issue that we had with our roof. They came out the same day and provided an estimate for the repair within a few days. Work was completed at a reasonable price and the work looks great. Would highly recommend Mighty Dog for any roofing work needed.”

“We had Mighty Dog install a brand-new roof and gutters for us. They did a wonderful job. They showed up on time, performed all the work that was requested, and left our yard cleaner then when they arrived. I cannot recommend them highly enough. If you are looking for a new roof or gutters, please give them a call.”

“Jason at Mighty Dog was excellent to work with. Great communication before and throughout the project, This roof was for my Mom’s home and he and his crew were very accommodating and did an excellent job cleaning up after the project was completed. It’s easy for me to recommend Mighty Dog.”

“Great communication and everyone who we came in contact with us extremely friendly. The work was excellent. Even after tornado winds and Hurricane Beryl, our roof is still in excellent condition.”

“The folks at Mighty Dog did this gutter job because at the end of last year they also replaced my roof’s asphalt shingles with EDCO Products metal shingles, 2 types of underlayment and also repaired my roof’s decking. For all that effort, their work was excellent both in quality of installation and in providing everything they said they would provide. Therefore I had them add new gutters on my fascia and like before, their work was excellent! The color match to my trim was better than I’d hoped for and the install quality of the gutter system was without error. I have another project I want them to now provide, namely replace my cracked driveway. In MY opinion, you can’t go wrong with these folks when you hire them to work your projects. I am so very pleased.”

“What a great experience it was to work with Might Dog! Jason and Megan were so responsive and worked with our insurance team right from the start!!! I will scream their praises always!! If you need a new roof USE THEM! Thanks Might Dog team!!”

“We needed two wind turbines installed on our garage that our previous roofer failed to reinstall. Hunter was very professional and the crew that did the job was thorough and cleaned the whole site up. The turbines are now removing much of the heat from our garage. Thank you Mighty Dog and Hunter. We know who to use for our next roofing job.”

“Mighty Dog helped me out in a big way. Paint got spilled on my roof and they were able to repair it perfectly within just a week. Best of all, their prices were the best around.”

“Dominique Reed is awesome very professional. Dominque explains thoroughly he will not rush you at all. You can ask questions he is a great guy. I will most definitely be sending mighty dog some referrals. This gentleman knows his JOB.”

“I reached out to them for a rough estimate for replacement cost for a home I was looking at purchasing and they had a quote back to me within 24 hours! I didn't end up purchasing the home, but this information was very helpful in making a decision!”

“I made an appointment about a month ago to get a roof inspection to see if I needed a roof repair or replacement since my roof is older.Mr. Reed showed up without a ladder to do an inspection. When I asked how he could inspect my roof he said someone else does that. What?? What a waste of my time. I called the office and spoke with Chastity who said she would schedule someone else and not surpdisingly no show and no call. I do not understand why anyone would use this company. I see the ladderless inspector Mr Reed has posted his own review that he had a roof put on and now he is working for them. This was a week ago so maybe they needed some positive reviews as he has been mentioned in reviews going pretty far back. Pathetic..”

“The ability to answer all questions and listen to my needs and wants. Was a great facilitator with the insurance company. Created a plan and stuck to it. There was never a lack of communication with expectations and deadlines.”

“I wasn’t going to leave a review but now I literally can’t believe this company so I will for the sake for future customers. I put my info in on their site Monday for a gutter quote- they immediately start to call, text, and email me to schedule an appointment and so I did for Tuesday morning at 7AM (their scheduled time they gave me). Not only did they not show up for the scheduled appointment but they also didn’t bother to call and say they are running late or need to reschedule. I didn’t hear again until about 8:30PM on a text message (unprofessional, after business hours, texting a customer at night?) from an employee asking if we could schedule an appointment. I informed this employee that I am no longer interested and they didn’t even show up for the one they scheduled, no I do not want to schedule another; she replied and said okay, thanks, and good luck or whatever else it was. Now (it’s Wednesday) and I am getting calls from this SAME employee I texted with last night. I ignored the first one because I was not available and she called again (like what), so I ignored it again. She then texts me and says that there’s an employee at my house waiting to so measurements. What?!”
