“Excellent Service and Quality Work While changing the wiper blades on my wife's 2020 Toyota Highlander, I accidentally let the bare wiper arm slip and hit the windshield, creating a 6-inch crack. In all my years of replacing wiper blades, I've never had that happen before. I guess there's always something new to learn! Going forward, I'll definitely place a towel or some other protection on the windshield to prevent it from happening again. After the incident, I emailed Auto Glass of Lewisville, and Hope promptly reached out to discuss my options. She was extremely responsive, courteous, and patient in answering all of my questions. I ultimately chose Auto Glass of Lewisville because Hope explained that they have extensive experience working with Toyota vehicles. She also worked around my schedule and arranged for a technician to come to my home on a day that was convenient for me. The technician, Cesar, could not have been nicer. He did an outstanding job replacing the windshield and took the time to ensure that the Heads-Up Display (HUD) was functioning properly after the installation.
