“We needed to have an entire house upper story siding replaced, gables removed, and including replacing the back decking boards with a new vapor barrier apllied. From start to finish Andrew was very straight forward with communication, timely to respond to questions, and provided excellent service as the project manager. He came to the house multiple times to review the measurements and get accurate information for the quotes without a fee tied to it so that was awesome. The crew to do the work under David did a great job. They showed up early and ready to work despite the blazing heat in August. They uncovered some window and roof issues in the process that they included for no additional charge which I did not expect and greatly appreciated. Not normal for businesses nowadays to do anything for free. They charged exactly what the advertised on the quote which was also unexpected and very appreciated because most companies I feel try to hook you on a price then upcharge after they get started but Lonestar was true to their word. “We had our roof replaced about 15 months ago and Lonestar Exterior was amazing! We had hail damage and Paul stopped by to apply a temporary patch free of charge. I wanted to be wary of "storm chasers", but Paul simply explained to me the different shingle types and the value that Lonestar Exterior offered with their warranty, no shady or high-pressure sales tactics. Paul also assisted with the insurance process and even helped me claim some additional items the hail had damaged on my property. The roof replacement was completed in a single day and they did a great job cleaning up. Fast forward a year, and we were selling our house. We had an offer but the buyer's inspector indicated he thought there was a major problem with the roof. We contacted Paul and he came out and looked at the roof and there a handful of shingles with some manufacturer defects, and they would replace those free, but other than that it looks great.
