Amazing Exteriors

Amazing Exteriors handles window and door work out of their office at 4343 Sigma Road in Farmers Branch, Texas. They install Marvin windows including double hung, casement, and insert styles along with Infinity windows and patio doors. They also put in entry doors, storm doors, and James Hardie siding on homes across the Dallas area.

Homeowners call them for full window replacements on older houses, swapping out casement and picture windows for new ones with grids, and fitting custom Marvin units where old aluminum clad windows have deteriorated. Several mention siding jobs where crews replace wooden sections with pre-painted Hardie board, plus door hardware installs and gutter repairs after storm damage. Kenny steps in on tricky warranty fixes, roof peak siding details, and final quality checks. Justin Tolley and his crew handle same-day removals and installs. Tony Cicora takes orders for custom windows, while other techs like Phillip Morrison, Jeffrey Minshew, and Kevin Farrell walk through options and answer questions on site.

The company keeps jobs moving with clear communication from the first visit through completion. Crews show up on time, finish in a single day on many window and door swaps, and clean up before leaving. Sales visits stay low pressure with multiple trips allowed to settle on the right products. Dallas crews have handled repairs when other locations fell short, and reviewers note honest explanations plus fair pricing once they compared options.

Most feedback highlights solid results on energy efficient windows, clean installs, and attention to small details that keep everything working right. Recurring notes praise the crews for respect around the house and quick fixes on any issues that come up. DIRT Score 4.4 from reviews on Finds.

“I had a fantastic experience with Amazing Exteriors, and huge part of that is thanks to Kenny. He is truly their go-to guy for handing any tricky issues or final details with absolue perfection! As the person who handles warranties and oversees other people's work, Kenny is the ultimate go-to guy who can truly do anything. Whenever there's a problem issue, he is the one who steps in and takes care of it. He takes immense pride in quality control--double checking details and making sure everything is done right, even stepping in to correct or perfect other work when needed, like in my case, Hardie siding along the long roof peaks. During my project Kenny installed my door hardware, adjusted and fitted the screen, custom-redid the fascia so it came together seamlessly as one clean, continuous piece, and even put up the lettering. Beyond his top-notch skills and versatility, he is an absolute pleasure to work with: friendly, thorough, and exceptionally detail oriented. If you want someone dependable and immensely talented working on your home, Kenny is the best of the best. Highly recommended!”

“Our experience working with Amazing Exteriors in Dallas, TX was outstanding. I highly recommend contacting them to order and install Marvin custom made windows. We placed the order(s) with Tony Cicora. Justin Tolley and his team removed the old doors/windows and installed the new ones in one day. Super speedy. Work consisted of replacing two exterior doors and replacing them with picture windows. One with grids. We also replaced two casement windows with new push out w/ grids. The before and after is incredible. Made a huge difference in the dining room. We were so pleased working w/ Amazing Exteriors we called Tony back to replace two large living room windows with casement w/ grids windows. Do not hesitate one second to call Amazing Exteriors. You will not be disappointed.”

“I had all of my siding replaced with James Hardie siding. Kenny was very patient with all of my requests and assured me I would be extremely happy when they were done. There were a few problems that occurred and Kenny was always there to manage the project and make sure everything was done right. I couldn’t be happier with the results and how everything turned out. Kenny did an excellent job! He is truly an asset to the company.”

“Let me start out by saying what did get a five star rating for me. The construction crew that came out was five star quality. Best in Texas construction. The Windows, I purchased the Martin Infiniti’s, were the quality, workmanship, and appearance I was looking for. But the man they sent out to measure my windows. I will give a one star rating. He was the only direct employee for amazing exteriors that I dealt with. The windows were mismeasured, causing my to be energy efficient Windows not to be of the quality I would have expected. And for this reason, and this reason alone, I would not recommend amazing exteriors.”

“While other window companies acted like used car salesmen, Amazing was very professional and low pressure. It took a few trips to make sure we were getting the product we needed the results were fantastic!!! The delivery and installation was professional and efficient. They did their best to clean up after themselves as well. Very much recommend this company”

“The wooden parts of our house (75% brick, 25% wood) were getting a little ragged around the edges and wanted to do something better than doing the usual cheap repairs and repainting, and decided to completely replace all the wooden parts with pre-painted Hardie board which lasts many years beyond the typical wooden siding. After speaking with various Hardie board contractors, we invited Tony, the sales guy with Amazing Exteriors, to come out and get the ball rolling. He was absolutely awesome! He explained the whole process from beginning to end, how the work would be done down to the last detail, showed us a wide range of designs, and helped us with a design scheme for our house that my wife absolutely loved, and got the paperwork started, including taking care of the permitting process with the city. I know we asked about a million questions, and Tony took the time to answer them all. (Thanks Tony!) As we couldn't afford to do everything our house needed this year, we split it into two parts with the main wooden parts of the house being replaced this year as Phase I, with plans to replace the eaves and soffits next year under Phase II. We appreciate Amazing Exteriors was wil”

“We have a 53 year old home. We have had AE out two years in a row to replace old windows and trim. The updated windows have brought our home into the present market. We are very pleased with the company employees and the quality of materials and installation.”

“This husband-wife duo were incredibly sweet and installed our door perfectly. They were very professional. We can’t recommend them enough!! Thank you both very much ☺️”

“Kenny came out and made sure the smart lock we got for our Provia door was able to smoothly lock on its own. Throughout our entire experience with Amazing Exterior he’s been honest, thorough & done great work. His attention to detail is fantastic. Thanks, Kenny!”

“This is a review of how Amazing Exteriors Dallas Tx handled repairs I needed to work done a few years ago. The OK. group let me down, made promises then ghosted. Dallas sent Kenny up to take care of me and he did a great job. Looked everything over with me before and after the work. So, a bad start (with OK) and a great finish with Kenny from Dallas Tx.”

“I recently had new windows installed by Amazing Exteriors, and am very happy with the entire experience. From the initial estimate to the final installation, Justin and his team were professional, friendly, and very easy to work with. They explained the options clearly, showed up on time, and completed the job efficiently. I used them 3 years ago to replace 6 windows on one section of my house, and was so happy with them then that I didn't hesitate to call them when I was ready for the rest of the windows to be replaced. The installers were respectful of my home, cleaned up thoroughly afterward, and made sure everything looked great before they left. The new windows have already made a noticeable difference in the look and comfort of my home. We would definitely recommend Amazing Exteriors to anyone looking for quality windows and professional, reliable service.”

“We replaced all of the windows in our home. Amazing Exteriors was fast, reliable and we couldn't be happier with how they turned out. We really liked working with Phillip Morrison. Easy to work with and communicative. Definitely recommend Amazing Exteriors.”

“Kevin Farrell was so amazing , polite, thorough . Very informative on every question I had and was able to answer very specific questions . I was so comfortable with how he knew his business like a true professional. I am purchasing my siding from Amazing Exteriors because of how professional Kevin was and honest. Update… On the final day of my project, the Project Manager named Kenny G showed up and made sure that every single detail was finished and perfect to my satisfaction. I can’t tell you how that made me feel to see the last details Being perfectly done because he took the time to make sure it was done to my Satisfaction. If I ran amazing exteriors, I would have Kenny G. Put on every single Job To make sure it was finished exactly how the customer wanted and that’s what he did for me , he fixed every little area I had a question about . Kenny gets a five star from me And I would make sure he stayed with my company because of how detailed he is with the finish product. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ VIcky”

“Our aluminum clad wooden windows have lasted for over 30 years but recently we noticed a few places of deterioration. The style has been discontinued but y’all were able to closely match and replace the 3 damaged windows. Replacement required custom installation and Jeffrey Minshew completed the installation with professionalism, good humor (despite challenges) and we are extremely pleased. When we again need replacements now we know where to go. Thanks to the entire team.”

Amazing Exterior's construction crew went above and beyond being experienced professionals in delivering a superior overall install. They kept a clean job site, attended to every critical detail and completed the work on time. We are thrilled with our beautiful new Marvin windows, panoramic back patio door and the quality of work performed by the construction crews that did the work. A job well done on every front. Thank you!”

“The crew was amazing. Did a great job Made sure everything was picked up.”

“Amazing Exteriors replaced soffits, gutters, downspouts and some siding on my home in 2019 and did a beautiful job. Last month a large branch fell off an oak tree in my front yard and dented one of the gutters on the way down. I called Amazing Exteriors and was given instructions to submit a repair order online. Kenny Griefnow contacted me and came out to double check the color and set up the installation of a replacement gutter. I was concerned about the Leaf Filter that was on the damaged gutter and Kenny asked the installer to make sure that filter was installed on the new gutter even though those filters were installed by anothercompany. He made the entire process seamless which I greatly appreciated. I will be reaching out to him when my roof needs to be replaced.”

“We recently had Amazing Exteriors install new windows in the back of our home (15 windows); we are extremely pleased with the results. The entire process, from consultation to installation, was handled professionally and efficiently, leaving us with windows that not only enhance the aesthetics of our home but also offer several practical benefits. The installation process itself was handled by a skilled and professional team. They were punctual, respectful, and ensured that the entire process was completed with minimal disruption to my daily routine. The attention to detail and precision in their workmanship were truly commendable. Overall, we are thrilled with the new windows in our home and would highly recommend these windows. Investing in quality windows can truly make a world of difference, and we couldn't be happier with the outcome.”

“Floyd was our contractor. He possessed the work ethic we all super appreciated. He was professional, detailed and kind. You are lucky to have him!!”

“I had a great experience with Amazing Exteriors. Communication was clear and any concern that I had was immediately taken care of. At first I was shocked at how much the project cost was, but after researching I realized that I was getting a fair deal on a superior product. Thanks to Dennis for walking me through the planning and to Joe for making sure the job was thoroughly done and quickly taking care of any minor issues that I had.”
