“Malachi Best did a great job of showing us the facts answering questions without being pushy. We decided to purchase 4 windows for installation in our bedroom which is exposed on 3 sides. That makes it hotter or colder than most of the house. The installation crew came on time and answered questions, worked diligently and professionally. They cleaned up after themselves and finished in a reasonable time. The new energy efficient windows proved themselves in the 6 weeks since with a room that is significantly cooler than it was before. Additionally the full length windows provide a much better view of Lake Granbury and our yard. I recommend Vantage Windows and believe they are even or better than any of the major name brands that we checked into.”

“One of their reps came by my door to see if I was interested in replacing my windows. It was something I had been considering so I discussed the project with them. He was very knowledgeable about the windows and brought a model inside for me to look at. The price felt a bit high because I don't have experience with this, but I went with them anyway. I replaced a good amount of windows but not all of them.Their three man crew showed up on the scheduled install date and were very respectful. I had no problems working from home while they worked. They were able to replace my windows in the time frame they scheduled so no problems there. I'm very happy with the windows as they are very clear and no leaks. No problems I found with them after a couple of months so definitely worth considering for your window replacements. I will definitely call them for a quote when getting the rest of my windows replaced.”

The moment I signed, the "care" vanished. When I tried to discuss modifications the very next day, I was deceptively told the windows were already in production and couldn't be changed—a clear attempt to lock me in before the legal rescission period ended. The Product & Installation: For a premium price, I received "builder-grade" cheap plastic windows that feel flimsy. The quality is abysmal: - Structural Issues: A sliding window is already bowed, making it difficult to open and impossible to close properly. - Gaps: I have air leaks with gaps up to 1/4 inch. - Finish: They used rough fillers to hide poorly placed screws. - The Mess: The crew left wall debris all over my house and performed sloppy, uneven caulking with screws left halfway out. Their professional conduct was also lacking—repeatedly asking to use my private bathroom is not something I’ve experienced with any other contractor. Brandon did an excellent job explaining to us the different window options, warranty and cost comparisons. After pulling the trigger to go Vantage, Kevin came out and took measurements of our windows. He explained with great detail the installation process and what to expect. Josh and Gage did the installation. They took extreme measures to be careful with everything in our house. they went above and beyond just the normal installation. They gave me a couple of different options on a full window that they had replaced with a half window. Even installed the metal flashing over the half of wall I made to cover the hole it left. The install team came out and replaced 13 windows in one day (including 2 brick windows that are a nightmare to remove), did an incredible job, and left our home clean. Our windows are now so much quieter, so much more attractive, and provide much better privacy. We truly could not be happier with the quality of the product or the service we received. “This salesman decided avoid my stairs and climb up boulders to knock on my door that had a "no soliciting"sign posted. It caught me off guard being alone with my kids, I told him to please use the stairs after hearing his lecture and he proceeded to exit the same way, jumping from a 6ft ledge. How do you expect to gain customers when you have sales people disrespect your property.”

“3 stars on appointment setting, Door salesman/ initial set up guy was great 5 stars to Jayse, and he was sending his manager to do measurements, the guy never showed up. Then manager told Jayse he came by and no one was home. I guess me setting in my kitchen and having cameras outside don’t count lol. Jayse then said since my wife couldn’t be here mattered well I’m a man and I choose the material she picks colors she wanted black so manager couldn’t even call just lied and said no body was home. Manager 1 star!”

They go around saying they want your house to be an 'advertising house' and that they'll give you a discount in return for putting your house in pictures for ads, etc. But then they gave us a quote that was 2x the price of what any contractor locally would do. I suspect they tell every house they're an 'advertising house.' Be careful!”
