“I had a window broken from one side only. I reached out to several other companies. And they all told me that I needed to replace the entire window. I called A&E glass and they told me they could replace just the broken side without having to replace the entire window. And Thats was what I was looking for. They came out quickly, gave me a quote and were able to do the work that same day.”

“I called A&E for a broken window at the front of my house. They called me back in less than an hour, were able to quote me over the phone from a picture I sent, and came out the next day to fix it! Sammy was very friendly and knowledgeable; he changed the window in just a couple minutes. Crystal was very helpful on the phone, too. I had a great experience and will definitely use them again!”

“DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM!!! Extremely unprofessional, lack customer service. The lady called my landlord because I decided to book with a more professional company. She was so worried about the Zelle payment (which I never asked for) but never sent an invoice. Ok so back to contacting my landlord. lol I busted out laughing especially when my landlord contacted me after I texted the girl and said I was going with someone else. I even advised her that my landlord found their company but I was the one handling everything. READ THE REVIEWS!!! She really WENT BEHIND MY BACK AND CONTACTED THE LANDLORD. “At first, everything seemed great — almost too great. We used this company on one house and were convinced we had found our go-to glass company. Good communication, smooth process, no red flags. So naturally, we moved forward with them on a second house. That’s where things took a sharp turn. What started off fine quickly went south. Communication became inconsistent, promises were made and not kept, and eventually we were flat-out ghosted. No follow-through, no accountability, and no effort to stand behind their word. The frustrating part is that this didn’t have to end this way. They could have had repeat business, referrals, and many more jobs — I personally know family and friends who all need windows. Instead, they chose not to do what they said they would do. Because of that, I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone. Unfortunately, after this experience, I wouldn’t even pass along their number to someone I didn’t like — let alone family or friends. Disappointing outcome for what could have been a long-term business relationship.”

“Definitely would NOT recommend using this company. The transaction was shady from the start, with Crystal(owner or manager) telling us over and over that it would be tomorrow, then it was the next day, ect. We waited well over a month to get this installed after it was ordered. During install, they caused over $200 in damage to the wall(fresh drywall and paint) then proceeded to not want to take care of it until given an ultimatum. Claimed it was a "50 cent fix" and then walked back into the customer's home, without knocking (and after leaving). They refused to leave the customer's home, scaring the homeowner. Hmmm.... Will not use again, and recommend you do not either.”

“BEWARE!!! I have been dealing with this company for a year at this point. I had many window panes replaced but it took months and months for the work to be completed. There are two window panes still not replaced as well as solar screens that were paid in full in advance, never installed. Deposits paid for the glass but glass not installed and they ran out of the plastic glazing that holds the glass in on at least 5 windows so the glass is not secure in those windows. Job site not cleaned well nor glass cleaned. My son cut his foot on pieces of broken glass left in our home. I was constantly cleaning up behind them. This company is a small family owned business, which I try to support, but they do not run a professional business. Communication is horrible, the customer has to contact them multiple times to get an update or status on work. If they do answer a call or email and set an appointment for install, they do NOT show up most of the time but never call to tell you why or to reschedule. There is excuse after excuse as to why they couldn't come as scheduled. They never seem to be able to get help so the husband and wife are the only people working. They were reasona”

“Pure and simple, these folks are fraudsters and scammers. Now that I have your attention allow me to explain why I will give them two stars. They are a small "company" which is really just a Husband and Wife with their daughter helping out. Nothing wrong with that. They sold me on replacing the glass through my entire house with three promises, in writing. #1 That the job would take 11 days. (Quote received and downpayment made on January 20th, it's now May 6th and still not done) #2. Cash discount (they made good on that) and #3. That there would be a 10 year warranty. They have yet to respond about finishing the job as they installed the wrong glass on the front door. The glass on the front door is also the wrong size and lets wind through. They are choosing to ignore my text messages about the warranty and finishing the job. Sammy claims to be blind now, which if true, sure, but then why not give me the warranty information for the glass? They install with extremely poor craftsmanship. They broke several panes of glass in their attempt to install at my home. Which made them have to come back several times. They also measured wrong and had to come back for that as well. To his”

“Got a cannot-be-beat quote from A&E Glass for the replacement of five double-paned windows, one screen and caulking of all windows. Wet weather and freezing temps delayed the work, but the first day the weather was good, the work was completed in a professional, efficient manner. New windows were left sparkling, ground debris and old glass were removed, did a great job cleaning up. I highly recommend Crystal and Sammy—job well done for an exceptionally fair price!”

Made several phone calls and Sammy was the first to respond and even came out and gave me a free estimate on a Saturday. Gave him 50% down and he was back that week to install. “We got a quote from several companies for replacing around 26 window panes and A&E offered the best quote and they also had exceptional service. I have lived in my house since 1986 and after living here for around 5 years all our windows fogged up from a leak between the panes. I have lived with that situation for so long, I didn't realize just how nice looking out our windows could be until we replaced all the panes. “I contacted them 3 weeks ago to repair a bedroom window at the front of my house that a neighbors kid broke and they came out a few days later to take measurements. After paying the deposit for the window to be repaired, I still haven’t gotten it fixed. It’s been 3 weeks, no window fixed, $175 deposit gone, and no communication about when someone will come complete the job. At this point, I feel I’m being scammed and this is NOT a legitimate business! DO NOT RECOMMEND! ***UPDATE: 2 months after paying and booking their service, chasing them down to simply respond, and having to resort to filing a police report, THEY DECIDED THAT THEY WOULD GIVE ME ONLY THE GLASS THEY HAD CUT TO FIX MY WINDOW(WHICH IS WHAT THE DEPOSIT PAID FOR) BECAUSE THEY WERE UPSET ABOUT ME GETTING THE POLICE INVOLVED AND LEAVING THIS REVIEW AND OPTED NOT TO FINISH THE JOB AND REPAIR THE WINDOW. The police gave them the option to walk away without legally being binded to finishing the job because I only paid the deposit thus far.
