Alpha One Restoration

Alpha One Restoration runs out of Garland, Texas, and handles window and door work along with roofing, gutters, siding, painting, skylights, and storm damage repairs on both homes and commercial buildings. Mike owns the company and stays on site to manage each job from start to finish. The business covers North Texas and East Texas spots including Garland, Mesquite, Rockwall, Forney, Rowlett, Canton, Crandall, Kaufman, Seagoville, Tyler, and Edgewood. They carry insurance on all work and hold an A+ rating with the BBB.

Reviewers have mentioned Mike and his crew fixing difficult siding sections, remounting fence posts after breaks, swapping out roofs after hail or wind damage, replacing windows and sills, and handling both exterior and interior painting. Several jobs involved insurance claims for storm or freeze damage, with the team managing the paperwork and returning the property to working order. Other tasks included gutter repairs and replacements plus quick fixes like a burst pipe during cold weather.

Mike usually answers calls the same day and can often schedule an inspection for the next morning or complete smaller jobs within a few days. Crews show up on the agreed date, keep the site clean, and finish without added delays or extra costs. Estimates come in reasonable with clear options, and the company serves both the immediate Garland area and farther East Texas locations. Hours and scheduling stay flexible enough to fit homeowner needs.

Most feedback highlights Mike's direct manner, solid results on roofs and siding, and help with insurance paperwork, though one caller found the phone contact abrupt. The Google rating sits at 4.8.
