Home Exterior Systems

Home Exterior Systems operates out of Humble, Texas and handles window and door work along with siding replacement, roofing, soffit repairs, and handyman services. Vicky serves as owner alongside Pat, with Paul Martinez acting as foreman on many projects and other crew members including Gilbert, Caleb, Chris, Ed, George, and Stephanie handling day to day tasks. The company takes on full siding swaps, window rehanging, door repairs, attic stair fixes, weather stripping, gutter work, drywall patches, and small exterior additions like porticos or chimney siding.

Customers describe siding jobs that correct poor prior installs on two story homes, complete roof and soffit replacements on five bedroom properties, and targeted door and window fixes that previous contractors left unfinished. Gilbert and his son handled weather stripping and attic access points while keeping pets contained, Paul and his crew kept sites free of debris during multi week siding projects, and Caleb and George delivered fast front of house siding plus roof work that drew neighbor compliments. Reviewers note reasonable pricing on Hardie plank installs, neat and efficient execution, and extra steps such as late night calls from Vicky to confirm satisfaction or portal updates with progress photos from Paul and Stephanie.

The team responds promptly to quote requests, communicates clearly through texts and client portals, and stays transparent about what work is truly needed versus optional. Projects run on time from initial bid through final cleanup, with owners and foremen available even outside standard hours when issues arise. Service covers the greater Houston area, and reviewers mention fair costs compared with earlier contractors plus willingness to take on nonstandard repairs like door fixes outside their usual scope.

“If I could give this company six stars, I absolutely would. Home Exterior Systems, Paul, Stephanie and their entire crew went above and beyond-not only in the quality of their craftsmanship, but also in their outstanding customer service. They kept my property clean and free of debris throughout the entire project, which I fully appreciate. My house looks brand new and the work was completed at a very reasonable cost. I would recommend this company a hundred times over to anyone looking for top-notch exterior work.”

“I was so impressed with Gilbert and his son on our 5br 5 bath home. He has been on our project for the past year only watching on cctv. I finally had the opportunity to meet him and his son. I look forward to having them for future work. He went far and beyond. We are grateful for his hard work and attention to detail. They even kept our fur babies from escaping 🤟😻🤟 Work that was done was weather stripping doors, hole to outside from attic, replacing attic stairs.”

“Home Exterior Systems did a fantastic job on my project. They were neat clean and efficient. The quality of work was excellent. I have already recommended them to my neighbors who have taken notice of my home.”

“Home Exterior System is the absolute best. We could not be happier with the work they did. At first it was just going to be siding. But it turned out to be much more. New soffits and they had to re hang a couple of windows that a previous contractor didn't do properly. The attention to detail was amazing. We had a minor communication issue and Vicki ( Owner ) call me late one night to make sure everything was OK and that I was satisfied. Not many companies would have done that. Home Exterior is so much more than just siding and roofing. We have gotten so many compliments. Thanks to them we have the best looking house in the subdivision.”

“Ed and Chris were great. We’ve had poor prior experiences with Andersen certified installers, but Home Exteriors made it a much better experience and went out of their way to help us with a door repair issue that isn’t the type of work they typically do but were accommodating and communicative, which we really appreciate. Would highly recommend them!”

“I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Exterior Home Systems! Project manager, Paul, and his team did an outstanding job and kept me up to date on progress with photos, etc through their client portal. Stephanie, account manager was also so great to work with. She also kept me in the loop as the job progressed through the portal and texts. I will definitely use EHS in the future.”

“Home Exterior Systems fixed up and gave me the new house I deserved after my home builder did me dirty with their atrocious siding install. My siding was falling apart, now it looks the best in the entire neighborhood. Home Exterior Systems pricing is very reasonable, but most importantly, they do the job right. Unlike my home builder that would lie and deceive me while using shoddy contractors, Home Exterior Systems prides themselves by using the best materials, adhering to the manufactures guidelines and insuring that everything is done correctly. While they were at it, they designed and made me a cute portico that perfectly matched the rest of my house. They use the highest quality exterior paint to insure everything stays looking good. Oh and on top of being professional, everyone is nice. Owners Pat and Vicky, project manager Paul Martinez, Angel Martinez and the rest of the crew; as is the handyman Gilbert.”

“I've had a great experience with this company. From the office manager to the workers, 5 stars are not enough!!!”

“Home Exterior Systems did a complete siding job on my house and garage recently and I was extremely pleased. The owners Pat and Vicky walked me through the process of getting the contract just right. Then foreman Paul Martinez and his great crew completed the job to perfection. They are all very skilled workers and very friendly too! I highly recommend them!”

“Home Exterior Systems has been so great to work with. I’ve worked with them now on several different occasions, for different projects, and each one has been meticulously managed and completed. They are very knowledgeable and honest; and their work is very thorough and timely. One of the things I’ve appreciated the most about working with Home Exterior Systems is their level of customer service from onset to completion; and their level of detail and transparency. They’ve taken the time to discuss each project with me to ensure I’m comfortable and aligned with the path forward plans; and they’ve given me their trustworthy thoughts and perspectives on work that’s needed or not needed, despite their benefit — which I find to be very rare these days. I have been very happy working with them for my home renovations and plan to use them again for my next repair.”

“Caleb and George were the best! They were very detailed during the bid process and completed the project quickly. We had work done on the front of our house (new siding and soffits) and a new roof. The work was very high quality and we get compliments from all our neighbors. It was great working with these teams!”

“Recently used Home Exterior Systems Handyman Services and am very satisfied with the services they provided. As a home bound Vet I no longer can do the simple repairs around the house and have been looking for a reliable handyman service, well I found them, there cost is reasonable and the work they provided is is high quality. I highly recommend Home Exterior Systems Handyman Services and plan to use them again soon.”

“Home Exterior Systems was extremely professional, prompt and friendly! I would absolutely use them again in the future.”

“Contacted them for a quote on window replacement. Chris was prompt in responding, very thorough in explaining my options, and was up front that he felt my best option was to replace only the glass which is not a service they offer, so he recommended a company that could do that. Was very impressed and would happily work with Chris and his company in the future.”
