The Glass Guru

The Glass Guru takes care of window and door glass work from their base in Humble, Texas. Gus runs the operation and his crew handles replacements on double pane units, French doors with built in blinds, arched tops with custom tint, shower enclosures, mirrors, screens and glass shelving for cabinets or furniture. They measure on site, build or order the pieces and finish with full cleanup and old material haul away.

Homeowners bring them broken commercial windows, tornado damaged glass and worn out screens that need fast swaps. Gus, Jeff, Anna and the rest of the team turn those jobs around quick, keep daily contact when rain pushes dates and make sure the finished work fits right and looks clean. Reviewers note the crew treats the house with care and leaves rooms and yards better than they started.

They book estimates the next day after a call and often complete installs inside 48 hours or even the same day on urgent fixes. Pricing sits at market rate with no surprise add ons, communication stays steady through the whole job and they work in Humble plus nearby spots like Kingwood. Customers say the crew shows up on time, answers questions direct and finishes without defects.

The company holds a 4.9 rating on Google after 129 reviews. Reviewers keep coming back to the fast response, solid workmanship and how the team respects the property during every step. DIRT Score 4.7 from reviews on Finds.

“Excellent service from the moment of booking the estimate appointment to final cleanup after installation. Professional, excellent knowledge of the products, extremely accurate measurements and overall, a flawless process. We found our long term glass replacement company. Last point, Glass Guru aren’t the cheapest price, but you get what you pay for and I will gladly pay the premium every time for this result.”

“Gus & his team quickly came out for an estimate within 24 hrs. He had a broken double pane commercial window with custom bronze tinting manufactured & completely replaced within 48 hours. Service and quality of work was top notch. They were most respectful of property and left things better than they found them. Will be my go-to company for any future window work. 👍🏻👍🏻”

“We had to have glass replaced on our French door with blinds inside. Working with Anna, Gus and team was handled very professionally. Although the rain delayed the job for a few days, Glass Guru kept in contact daily and they finally got a good dry morning to do the job. They were quick and left the area in our bedroom clean. I would highly recommend them and their prices are fair.”

“Glass Guru replaced our double pane arched top window glass and the entire experience was great. Their price was right at market value. ( I researched). The sales rep arrived on time measured and sent the estimate at no cost. After we approved the estimate, our glass was installed within one week and they even hauled away the old glass. They also did a great job at cleaning up. I totally recommend these guys. 👍”

“Very happy with this company's employees and management. Responsible, good communication, friendly, and deliver quality work. They were not the cheapest, but came out to give a personal quote, where the better price was from a company who asked that I measure the windows myself and then sent me a quote without ever coming to my house to make sure that the measurements were correct etc. Very glad I decided to hire Glass Guru instead. Recommend highly.”

“We had the best experience with The Glass Guru. This family business truly cares about quality, communication, & customer satisfaction. Ana handled the scheduling with professionalism, warmth, & great attention to detail. Gus & his helper (I didn’t catch his name) completed the estimate & installation of the glass on our upper kitchen cabinets. Their workmanship was outstanding. Everything looks beautiful! The process was smooth from start to finish & we are beyond happy with the results. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable service, excellent craftsmanship, & a team you can trust.”

“So thankful for the glass guru and Gus and his team! We were hit this weekend by the random tornado and made a ticket over the weekend when they were closed. I was still reached out to and taken care of the Monday after. They came to do an estimate and over this rare occasion were able to get us a replacement window same day. Thank yall so much for taking care of us! We appreciate glass guru. 1000% recommend!!”
