After sending the photos and my address, I was surprised to receive a text estimate instead of the scheduled visit. When I reminded him of our agreement, he replied that they typically handle larger projects and needed to use their time efficiently. The message was lengthy, defensive, and not what I expect from a business owner communicating with a potential customer. I found the shift in process, the reliance on photos for pricing, and the tone of the follow‑up message unprofessional. A simple phone call would have gone a long way. “Foggy Window Repair replaced 3 glass units in my house: one small pane the contractors broke, one eight foot French door (double pane, single light), and one large 76" window (double pane, upper with lower awning). In each case, initial exact measurements made for perfect fits. And in the case of the insulated units, they were equal to or better than the originals. Care was taken in instalation with excellent site cleanup. I will definitely use them again.”

“This is an email sent to Foggy Windows on 9/3/2025 after several attempts to contact them with no response to date. I paid $2,700 for the windows that are now cloudy, spotty, and foggy – they are under warranty and this is a clear sign of poor customer service and complete disregard for replacement obligation. I also attached a read receipt to this email which was never opened or read. Proceed with caution when doing business with this company! Mark, I am sending this email to clearly document our business agreement for windows (3) I purchased from you, and that you installed, at my home on June, 6 2020. Attached is the original contract which includes a 10 year replacement warranty should the windows cloud or leak or any issues arise. I initially contacted you 14 months after the windows were installed informing you that the seals on all the windows were compromised and were retaining moisture between the glass – we talked, you reiterated that I have 8 plus years left on the warranty, so we decided to wait until a future date for the replacement.
