“I was initially pretty leery about replacing my windows, mainly because I knew it was going to be a significant expense. I took my time, shopped around, compared companies, products, and reviews, and didn’t want to make a decision I would regret. That’s when I was approached by Performance Windows. The salesperson came to my home, and I was immediately impressed by how friendly, professional, and knowledgeable he was. There was no pressure, and he took the time to explain the product, the quality, and the installation process. After doing my own research and reading the reviews, I ultimately felt confident moving forward. It took about eight weeks for my windows to be completed and ready for installation, and the installation was scheduled at a time that was convenient for me. I had A LOT of windows, so I knew it was going to be a big job. The installation took two days, and I’m really impressed with how smoothly everything went. And now that they’re in, I absolutely LOVE them! They look fantastic, and I can already tell a noticeable difference in the amount of outside noise coming into the house. “In 2024, we moved into a 70s home with original windows and some didn’t open at all or function properly. Even if we could struggle to open a window they were missing screens so we didn’t feel comfortable opening them. Aesthetically, they just didn’t look great to look at or to look out so we invested in blinds and curtains instead. We have talked to other window companies and received quotes along the way. But when we talked to Performance Windows, we felt the most confident financially and at ease about taking this next step in our home projects. Financially, Performance Windows was reasonable and flexible. We met and came to a deal mid January. Justin came out to measure the windows the following week and by March our windows were installed! Justin and his crew managed 5 windows and a big sliding glass door/wall in one day, 10am - 6pm. They were efficient and professional. Really knew what they were doing and worked well all together like clockwork. After someone took down the old windows, another person would come in to clean up broken material and glass pieces to make way for the new windows installation. The project manager, Malik, also swung by our house to visit with us.”

“They did a great job installing the windows and the windows are awesome. But they told me they will also give me tax documents for the tax rebate I get on entergy efficient windows. They just threw the window sizes and total cost of the installation at me. Tax documentation needs cost for each window... since I have 4 different sizes/types of windows installed, at least they should provide what is cost of each type of winow. But even after multiple calls and emails I get "we dont do that". After spending upside of 25K on windows if I can not get tax benefit out of them whats the point? its really irritating. I would have loved to give all 5 stars but this kind of response really irks me.”

“We are very lucky to have found these guys when we did. After initially scheduling a two day job to replace every window inside our home, we had to move our appointment due to an upcoming winter storm the same week. Well, the team managed to do ALL THE WORK within a single day! There was maybe one windowsill we had to touch up with paint after they left, but the complexity of the job was significant. The crew replaced all the original, single pane, plate glass windows built into the wooden frame of our home from 1973. That means they had to manually cut out the original wood frames, put in new wood/drywall and paint, and clean up everything before leaving within a single 8-hour shift. And it was freezing outside while they worked, but nobody complained. Everyone was extremely nice, easy to communicate with before, during and after, and our house was a full 6 degrees warmer and so much quieter after the work was complete. I can’t wait to see how much money we will save on electric bills in the coming year! I highly recommend them and will absolutely use this company again, if and when the opportunity arises.
