“Today was the day for my new tub install. I had a lot of anxiety 🙃 in making my decision and still wasn't sure what the outcome would be. Kevin M. & Mauricio arrived about 9am. Friendly introduction, walked them to the project area and they took it from there. Both of these young men were warm and friendly, how they worked showed not only their skills but their passion for what they do with the end result of having a very satisfied customer. That I am! I would highly recommend Kevin M & Mauricio for any install project at West Shore. They were a great team and worked in a spirit of excellence. All areas used during this install were left very clean inside & outdoors. I am so excited 😊 about the end results. My bathroom is now beautiful! Sorry I don't have any before shots. But when I tell you it was long overdue, it's was. Not thr best with a camera, hope you'll get the picture. Thank you to my Sales agent Jerry M. Can't wait for him to see it.”

The end result is awesome. I personally want to thank the "team" (Ian M., Eric R. and Johnathan) for making this a turnkey project without problems. They included me in the inspection/review process from the project kick-off thru close-out in order to address any of my concerns. They answered all of my questions and kept me informed when milestone events occurred. The entire team is highly professional, hardworking and very well trained. Everyone we worked with throughout the entire process of purchasing & installation of windows & sliding glass doors was excellent -- punctual, professional, and always readily available for questions or anything we needed. Everything was done very professionally. “This place has the worst customer service and the worst communication of any home repair company I have ever dealt with. My installer, Anthony, was wonderful, however, this company wanted him to cut corners and Anthony chose not to. The company wanted him to just cover over the wood rot and termite damage on the windowsill. Anthony didn't want to do that. He called a window installer and they rebuilt the entire windowsill. The company sent the wrong color of ceramic to go over the windowsill, so Anthony couldn't complete the work. That was on Wednesday. The job had already taken two days and was still incomplete. I called on Thursday to see what time someone would be out to finish the job. Imagine my shock, when I was informed the manager had marked the job as complete! There is still bare wood in the windowsill and the arches need the acrylic. It is now Saturday. I was told there would be someone coming between 10 and noon, during my Thursday conversation. It is 12;30 and still no one here. Zero communication! I have had to make at least 10 phone calls to get things done. I don't even have a receipt for the work. I was told they would contact Lorenzo, my design consultant for”
