From the first call through start to finish with Owner Chris and face to face estimate with Shayne their personal and professional customer service never fell below exceptional. I was ready to throw in the Towle with off the chart ridiculous quotes and at the last second I saw their Ad. After getting quotes to replace all of much needed 37 windows and replace frenchdoors with patio sliding door for our home their quote was #1 hands down with their quality of windows, no up charge for double hung vs other competitors up charge option and no hidden fees or additional charges. I paid exactly what my quote was. Shayne was up front and spot on with the factory production time line caused by the pandemic. He showed up each day to ensure the installation was going smoothly, inspect each window and talk with us to make sure if we had any issues. I was nervous because they were 50k less than other window companies and they bigger had a lot of bad remarks to try to keep from them. That to me made me question the other companies integrity. “We were initially satisfied with Window Depot USA of Dallas, but all that changed when I tried to utilize the lifetime warranty that is supposed to come with these windows. I have been trying, without luck since MAY of 2024 to get my kitchen window, which developed an approximately foot-long crack, replaced. My calls go unreturned (even though I talk to a live human being who says they will get back to me ASAP, that this is unacceptable, etc., etc.). When we did manage to get someone out to measure for a replacement, it took them three times. We were told the replacement would be ordered, and it never was. Then the measurements were "lost". Finally, in DECEMBER, someone showed up to replace the window (without a calling us first, luckily we were home). Unfortunately, they cracked the replacement in three places with one of the cracks running the length of the window. I am now worse off than if I had never called them in the first place. And my follow-up calls in January have also gone unreturned. Good luck to anyone that has a follow-up issue if you purchase from this company.”
