“I've been using Bailey Glass Services for several years whenever I need broken window glass replaced or my garden window repaired. Mark Cox is the owner and it is great to support a local small business that provides competitive pricing and exceptional service. Recommended! Thanks Mark!”

“Got my windows fixed and threw me a deal as well. Super sweet guy had some good conversations with Mark. 10/10 Recommended.”

“Very disappointing experience. Communication was poor, the work took longer than promised, and the issue was not properly fixed. I would not recommend them based on the service I received.”

“One of the best Glass repair companies in Texas. Mark is amazing when it comes to anything related to glass windows and above all, he is a great person to work with. I highly recommend him to everyone looking for quality of service!!!”

“I recently purchased a fixer upper, I had no idea what I was doing. Mark was friendly knowledgeable gave me a fair price for some amazing looking windos. Would highly recommend using to anyone.”

“Had best experience with this company. Needed casement window above entry door replaced. Owner provided a very competitive estimate over the phone stating he was very familiar with this type of window. He came out and measured the window stating it is a special order. As I was to be out of town for several days, it was agreed that we would schedule installation upon my return. This was done. The Owner was very professional and personable. I highly recommend Bailey Glass Services as trustworthy and best value for your money.”

“Very friendly, very reasonable! The people who worked with me were very nice and tried to work around my schedule. They were able to get the windows installed a day before Window World could even make it out to give me an estimate. I highly recommend!”

“I found them on google and just wanted to leave the positive review. I was very pleased with the excellent and fast service. My windows needed to be replaced and they came the next day. Very responsive and relatively inexpensive. Will definitely use them again."Extremely quick, affordable, very friendly and quality workmanship. “I had a broken window in my Master Bathroom that needed to be replaced. Mark came out the next day and before I could blink the window was replaced. The work was expertly done and the area was left clean and debris free. The best part. His price was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend.”

“Such a pleasure to do business with! We needed prompt service to replace some broken panes before we put our property on the market. We live clear across the country (Indiana) and our property in is Rosenberg so we worried we'd have trouble getting someone to do the work. Bailey's not only did the job, but did it the SAME day! I am so happy with them. Mark was magnificent and I will surely suggest this company to all of my family! You will not be disappointed!”

“Bailey Glass has been an amazing find. We recently moved off a golf course and unfortunately didn't know that meant a few broken windows a year! We have always used baily glass for them. Mark was able to come on a days notice on a Saturday in the Houston heat to repair our most recent break and offers the best price by a mile! Highly reccomend!”

“This is definitely a 5 star company with 5 star employees! They were friendly and professional. On-time and provided a very quick and clean repair. I was so thankful for the repair and happy to remove the cardboard. Hands down this is the only company I will use and refer and by the way they are extremely affordable! You won’t be disappointed!”

“Mr. Mark did an amazing job with my window replacement. This is the second time I used his business and will use it in the future. I recommend him and his company for his very professional and quality work.”

“I called he had immediate availability and my window was fixed in about an hour!! He gave an honest and fair quote was very nice - great service!! Will use him again and would recommend to anyone for window repairs”

“I went through Angie's List to try to find a window installer and was actually matched up with someone; they never contacted me. I took it upon myself to locate someone in my area since I needed to have my broken window repaired asap. I found Bailey 24/7 Glass Service on the web and gave them a call. Mark was very nice and quoted me a price over the phone. He communicated with me the whole time before and after his stop at another clients location. I am so glad that I was able to get someone on such short notice! After he got here and saw the window, he kept his word with what he quoted me over the phone. He was very thorough and took his time doing the job right. Hopefully I dont have any more broken windows anytime soon but if I should, I will definitely call Mark.”

“Mark was quick to respond, super friendly and sweet and affordable. He did a great job fixing my window. He made time to come out on a short notice on a Sunday afternoon and was fast and thorough. I will definitely call him again! Thanks Mark! 😃”
